I called Draincom to work on my leaky basement faucet. They sent Valentyn who was both knowledgeable and friendly. He installed shut off valves which stopped the leak and explained each step as he worked.

I requested quotes from three different plumbing services in the west end to move the hot/cold spigots for my new washer/dryer combo (being delivered next week). Draincom's quote wasn't the lowest, but only Valentyn suggested installing a direct drain and vent. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I was happy that he was available the next day to do the work. The project was started and finished today without a glitch. My wife is very happy and looking forward to her new set up. I would recommend Draincom without hesitation. The young woman who coordinated Valentyn's visit was efficient and pleasant to deal with on the phone.

Main shut-off valve was leaking in my house. I found this company on Homestars and, since they had good reviews, called them and booked an appointment. The appointment itself and the inspection was free, which was a good surprise. Valentyn came on time and was able to replace the valve without damaging the drywall around, which was not easy. After he left we noticed a very small leak near the water meter - apparently tube nut got loose. We called Valentyn and he came back and fixed the problem right away. We are very happy with DrainCom and will definitely use this company in future for all our plumbing needs.

I had three other plumbers tried to secure my toilet to the floor which did not work but Valentyn from DrainCom was heads above all the rest. This man was a master plumber. He was quite, but knowledgeable about his profession. When I need plumbing job done I will only call him even if I have to wait a few days. Thank you for such for a professional job! 

Need some plumbing work done for a basement renovation, moving ceiling pipes, kitchen sink and bathroom rough-ins, relocate shower drain. After three different and more expensive quotes we decided on DrainCom because Valentin was approachable, knew what what needed to be done with the least amount of time and hassle. Valentin was very good to work with, worked long hours to get the job done and kept to his initial quote. Very pleased,...recommended.

Great Company and customer service.Valentyn Borysevych was on time. After the initial quote, I asked if I provided my own kitchen faucet if they could provide a price to install that would be agreeable with my budget. He waited until I went to purchase my own faucet and installed it immediately upon my return. I would use DrainCom again and would ask for Valentyn.
