    Clogged Kitchen Sink

    Clogged kitchen drain and elbow joint replacement. Incredibly fast turnaround time from call to plumber's arrival! He really took the time to assess the issue, replace the pipe, and run a hose to fix the drain. Would highly recommend and the customer service is excellent and the work A-One!

    Leaky Faucet

    I had a leaky faucet in my tub which draincom came quickly to look at. Val tried very hard to fix it the first time and even went out to see if he could find a new part for (cartridge)! FYI Delta and Moen's are hard to find - you may have to order from the company directly, which actually is free, so a more economical option. He came back the day after I received the cartridge to install it for me and did so very efficiently. Just ensure you look at/test the "restricted limit" of the hot water allowed out of the cartridge as the default may not be correct for you, as was the case for me :) Overall, efficent, hard-working company that seems like they really care about their customers.

    Commercial renovation

    I was doing a renovation downtown for a new commercial retail space. We took out 4 showers and a toilet and needed copper piping to be capped, soldered, and rerouted. The piping was also going to be exposed on a wall so it needed to be straight and clean. Valentyn did an excellent job at all this. He was very easy to work with and professional and had a good attitude! The price was also fair for the work. I would highly recommend him

    Toilet Leak from the base.

    Our toilet had leaked for the first time about 8 months ago and Valentin came to fix it. He is very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed the toilet and was able to explain it to us. It cost $200. The toilet then started to leak again this week so we called Draincom again. Valentin came back and fixed our toilet free of charge! I am glad we chose draincom as our plumbing company.

    Plumbing fixture replacement

    Val B did awesome job. He showed up on time and completed the job in a timely fashion at a reasonable price professionally answering all my questions. Wouldn't hesitate to hire him and Drain Com again if needed.

    Emergency Drain Repair

    DrainCom was quick to answer our calls when our kitchen drain started to leak within the walls of our house. Valetin was able to come within 24 hrs, assessed the issue, and not only repaired the aged leaking connection, but also untangled a mess of DIY efforts done by past homeowners. The result was a quick, professional repair to stop the leak as well as a new kitchen drain that functions better than it ever has. Valentin was very polite, professional, and took the time to thoroughly investigate and explain the issue, as well as the recommended repairs. We intend to use DrainCom and Valentin again should we ever require any future emergency help or plan plumbing work in our home.

    Leak identification

    Had a water leak in the ceiling of my main floor. Called DrainCom and they sent someone the same day. The individual (was an apprentice) came in and figured out the leak had nothing to do with plumbing, was able to pin point the leak. The leak was related to dryer vent, but the trades person was professional and did a good job. Would refer them to others, but would want to make sure that along with an apprentice, they have someone licensed working as well.

    Various plumbing repairs

    I've had Val come to do plumbing repair twice, and had good experiences both times. 1. Install a kitchen faucet and snake a shower drain. 2. Replace 4 valves. In both cases, Val was very professional and diligent. Some of the work was more difficult than expected, but he didn't leave until the job was done, and done right. They use a fixed-price approach to the work, so the extra time didn't cost extra money, and was always at or under the estimate. I will be asking Val to come back to do additional work as soon as its needed.

    Kitchen Tap Replacement

    We had purchased a new pull-out kitchen tap to replace our old pull-out tap (the hose had sprung leaks in several places) and called DrainCom to have someone come out and remove our old tap and install the new one. The technician, Valentyn, was in and out in about 45min, and this included removing the old tap, drilling a new hole in the countertop to accommodate a soap dispenser, installing the new tap (and soap dispenser), and clean-up. Super happy with the speed, professionalism, and overall quality of service. Will definitely be using DrainCom for any future plumbing needs.

    Toilet replacement

    Toilet stopped flushing. Bought a new one at Costco but needed an installer. Alex from Daincom was at my house in less than one day. Excellent job, cleanup, and professional service from Alex.
