    Plumbing

    Outstanding customer service from the time I made my first inquiry to the end of the project! The technician Valentyn was prompt and professional. Having been stood up by three other plumbers associated with different companies, I was impressed as well as relieved when the plumber showed up at my door, ready to work and right on-time! I highly recommend Drain Com and I will use them again!

    Main valve leak

    Called to book and received friendly service. Very accommodating with my schedule and punctual. The service technician Alex is very friendly and professional. Job well done will recommend to anyone!

    Drain Inspection and Clear

    We have a basement drain that was backing up and Vlad Samofalov came out to help us. Vlad was friendly and professional and not only did he identify the problem, he cleared the blockage for us. Judging by this representative, I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

    Plumbing

    Our toilet was leaking.Valentin came and fixed it.He is very polite and knowledgeable,it was very reasonable.It started leaking again ,Val came back and fixed it immediately without charging any thing.Great job up to the satisfaction.This was the second time I had hired draincom. I would definitely recommend draincom.

    Plumbing repair

    Valentyn from Drain Com is easy to work with as well as receptionist that took my call. Val came when he said he would, did a great job in explaining options and what was needed and why. I wanted to replace faucet and repair sink. He accomplished task pretty quickly and at competitive cost. I would hire him again.

    Clogged drain pipe

    Drain pipe is clogged and flooded the basement. I called Draincom and the lady was able to find a technician to come by on the same day. The technician Alex arrived online within the time frame. He identified and fixed the problem promptly. Alex was honest and friendly. Very happy with the service and the timely response. I called two other companies and I still have not heard from them. Happy that I found them.

    Interior Waterproofing

    My basement was flooded with 8" of water, January 2017. I contacted several waterproofing contractors and chose Draincom to install interior weeping tiles, wall membrane and sump pumps February 2017. To be honest, I was very pleased with the professional consultation Toni had provided me. In addition, the installation team was friendly, professional and delivered fantastic results with a 25yr guarantee!! I would highly recommend DrainCom for all of your residential waterproofing needs.

    Plumbing repair/installation

    Excellent work. Valentyn completed my project in a timely manner. Pricing was very competitive. He cleaned after himself and answered all my questions. I will use DrainCom again for another project in future as well as recommend their services to everybody.

    Replaced old clay pipe and add backflow valve

    Toni and his crew were amazing! We had a basement flood which turned out to be a clay pipe collapse. Toni was there within an hour and half on a Saturday to scope and provide an estimate for the work. The city confirmed Toni's assessment of the pipe collapse in our old clay pipes. Toni provided a quote and when we confirmed the contract, he was there by 8:30am Monday morning, city permit in hand to complete the work. After the initial work was done, Toni showed us that the monster tree in the front yard was growing its roots through and in our pipes. We had to replace that part to pass city inspection. Toni offered us a reasonable price to do EVERYTHING and not have to think about the fragile pipes again - with a 25 year warranty. Toni and his crew were clean, respectful, on time and on budget. They covered all our belongings with plastic and did a fantastic job. Toni showed us what they were doing every step of the way! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service at a great price.

    Clogged Kitchen Sink

    Clogged kitchen drain and elbow joint replacement. Incredibly fast turnaround time from call to plumber's arrival! He really took the time to assess the issue, replace the pipe, and run a hose to fix the drain. Would highly recommend and the customer service is excellent and the work A-One!
