I was very impressed with the way the Draincom team handled my job from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable, punctual and professional. Serge took the time to explain the different solutions to meet my needs and budget and did not push any solutions that would add additional expense. The team did a great job repairing the 4 cracks in my foundation. Above and beyond that, they made every effort to make sure that my property was kept clean during the 2 days they were here at my home. When a possible issue arose with my weeping tile, Serge brought in another member of the team to scope my entire weepers to make sure that everything was clear and that the repairs completed would work to keep my basement dry and that no further issues would arise. Serge’s expertise and proactive approach to problem solving a potential issue is the type of honesty and integrity that I expect from my contractors and Draincom did not disappoint. I hope that I don’t need any more repairs to my foundation but if I do, I will be sure to contact Draincom in the future.

I just wanted to share my story as i have had a lot of experience over the years with bad companies ,and i have to say that draincom is just a GREAT company to deal with. After years of a leaky basement i finally saved enough money to get my basement waterproofed and as you can imagine i was really scared of getting taken. Thank you homestars for this site as you really helped me making my decision. i called many of the companies on this site and im sooo happy that i found draincom. The lady on the phone was great and they had the technician out the next day. Carl showed up on time and i have to say he was very polite,professional and detailed in his explanation on what needs to be done and i was very impressed. He recommended to me to also get other quotes so that i feel better and so that i can compare how competitive draincom really is which made me feel very comfortable. To be honest i had already made up my mind on using draincom but i took his advice and he was wright (Very competitive) After i received 3 quotes i phoned carl back wright away and he booked me in. when the job started carl was there on site to explain how the job will go and to direct the crew on what needs to be done and he was always available when i needed him for any questions,and the crew,well the crew was (AMAZING) the job looks great and most importantly after all those years of leaking i finally have a dry basement. After 10 days of moving into a new purchased home we had water in our basement laundry room and we had no idea where it was coming from because the main city drain was in the dame area thats what we thought it was. After having another company come out telling us it was a broken pipe we held off on it until it rained again. My wife was home on the next rainstorm and noticed that the water was infact not coming from the drain but from the corner of the wall. We than called Draincom and told then of our experience had Slava come out and do Free camera inspection to assure us it was not a drain problem but a foundation problem. He was very respectful and knowledgable within a week we had our problem solved. crew was onsite on time, left my basement clean as it was and price was reasonable. I live on a street that was one of the ones that got hit the worse from the rainstorm. Speaking with various neighbours and being advised by city that a back up water valve would be a good idea. After calling two different plumbing companies they were not able to book an apt around my schedule but draincom. I was seen on a Saturday for the quote by Slava and got the work done on Wednesday. Slava assured me of the work being done and told me they would take care of the permit and booking inspection and filling out my rebate forms. Great customer service by salesman, crew that came to do the work and office staff. I highly recommend this company for their honestly and professionalism and work well done. Thanks Draincom, I'm now prepared for the next storm.

I had a window well that would fill with water with every torrential downpour. After reviewing comments on Homestars, I called Draincom for advice and a quote. Slava arrived promptly, explained his comprehensive quote, and answered all of my questions. The team that arrived (early!) to do the work did a great job, treated my property with respect and showed me what work was done. Thanks to all!!

I called DrainCom and setup the appointment within couple of days. The representative came on time and provided to me several options how to reduce the possible basement flood in a feature. Unfortunately July 8th brought city sewage to my basement. The work was scheduled two weeks later and finished within 3 days including city inspection. I think DrainCom presents fast, responsive, and professional service. The estimates matched the final bill. Workers did the project with a good quality and cleaned the place after the job. Highly recommend!

Having interviewed a dozen people we had chosen Draincom based on Slava's clear presentation, good quote, and positive reviews we've read. Nina, a great lady at their office, was so helpful in getting us a firm date for the job. And when Boris and Alexander showed up, it was all professional. They worked hard, did a great job, on time, and were mindful of the garden as well as the interior of our house. Our basement should not be wet again. I called DrainCom for an estimate to waterproof our basement following the July 8 storm. Carl came to the house and took a look at the problem. I had a previous quote for another company but Carl said what they proposed would not work and explained the reasons why. The explanation made sense and his quote was cheaper than all of the other quotes that I received. During the work, Boris and his crew (Sasha and Denis) were clean, very professional and efficient. I was impressed by the fact that at the end of each day, they cleaned up not only the work area but the areas that they came into the house as well as the backyard deck. Boris provided me with updates during the work, which I greatly appreciated. A Holmes on Homes type of issue was encountered during the job and Carl came immediately to the site. He gave me several options and price points but would not bias my decision. I asked him "What would you do" and he said "It's your house, my opinion would influence your decision". Very refreshing to hear that since I'm pretty sure other contractors would tell you to go with the most expensive option. Boris and his crew finished the work earlier than expected, which worked out well since another contractor was coming the next day to do the renovation. Boris showed me all the work that was done, explained how the sump pump and backup pump worked and provided suggestions on how to renovate. Will have to wait until the next rainstorm to see if it all works but they also provide a 25 year guarantee. These guys are good. I highly recommend them.
