We called drain.com and a few other companies a few months ago after our basement flooded. We felt most comfortable with Serge as he was very knowledgable and reasonably priced. This had never happened before and we were in the middle of renovations. Serge came and assessed the problem and installed weeping tile and a sump pump. One cold and rainy day last month, we noticed some water in the basement and after just one call Serge arrived to assess the problem. It was late, cold and raining. Serge fixed the problem the same night. I've never met a contractor so dedicated as this man. He cares for your home like it was his own. I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

When I contacted Drain.com for my watery basement issues they understood the need for urgency. They arrived within 3 days and they were fast and efficient. Two days later I had new weeping tiles along the back of my property and they found and sealed the leak in my foundation. They repacked all the soil and I can barely tell they were even here. I would recommend them.

My toilet was really clogged, it was so clogged I couldn't even plumb it myself. So I called them to help me plumb my toilet and in seconds they got it fixed. They have also told my some tips of doing it myself. Best plumbers ever yet!!!

Draincom was the cheapest...they installed a sump pump after my basement flooded with excellent workmanship, in one day , cleaning up the mess beautifully they also provided all the necessary papers to get a full refund from the city of toronto under the basement flooding protection program.

He included all our requirements in the job description which he revised a few times to ensure that everything was captured. We needed a new water main in our 120 yr old house. Got lots of quotes. Draincom was competitively priced and suggested a good way to handle a tricky job (a cramped utility room in the basement). Some other companies were quoting on cheap plastic PEX piping for outside. Draincom gave us 1" copper. They did a very good job and took care to clean up afterwards. It was all done in a day.

I have used Draincom for 2 seperate jobs recently. I was completely satisfied from the first phone call to the end of the last job. The office staff was courteous, helpful and followed up on all my calls. The Supervisior (Slava) that came out to the job sites was extremely helpful, courteous, and very open and honest as to what he felt I truly needed to get the jobs done. I called numourous times for addtional questions and visits and Slava came out and never made me feel I was a bother. At the jobs, the repairmen were clean, courteous, on-time, did an excellent job. Follow-up calls were followed through and I as ensured and provided with completey satisfactory work.
