Eugene, our contact from DrainCom was very friendly and patient in explaining to us the work that would be involved in waterproofing on one side of the house which was completed in September 2009. He included all our requirements in the job description which he revised a few times to ensure that everything was captured. We needed a new water main in our 120 yr old house. Got lots of quotes. Draincom was competitively priced and suggested a good way to handle a tricky job (a cramped utility room in the basement). Some other companies were quoting on cheap plastic PEX piping for outside. Draincom gave us 1" copper. They did a very good job and took care to clean up afterwards. It was all done in a day.

I have used Draincom for 2 seperate jobs recently. I was completely satisfied from the first phone call to the end of the last job. The office staff was courteous, helpful and followed up on all my calls. The Supervisior (Slava) that came out to the job sites was extremely helpful, courteous, and very open and honest as to what he felt I truly needed to get the jobs done. I called numourous times for addtional questions and visits and Slava came out and never made me feel I was a bother. At the jobs, the repairmen were clean, courteous, on-time, did an excellent job. Follow-up calls were followed through and I as ensured and provided with completey satisfactory work. I chose Draincom from among 7 estimates and am extremely happy I did. I waitied until the after effects of hurricane Sandy to write this. Draincom's wonderful waterproofing kept my basement water-free, thanks to the crew of Alex and Vasel. They spent 5 long days on the project working very hard and cleaned up in a most professional and timely manner. Technician Slava was on the job at the beginning and end, and answered all of my questions in layman's terms. He even did a small plumbing job on my toilet for which I was most grateful for. Carl was pleasant and specific about the work and budget.The crew was fast, efficient and tidy, using tarps to protect landscape and washing the interior.They were flexible when the city created many delays. City contractor OJCR was messy and damaged a tree. Their estimate for the same job was $1000 more. My daughter and a neighbour have also been pleased with jobs done by Draincom.
