    Exterior Waterproofing

    My basement was always damp and had a very musty smell. I called DrainCom to see what my options were. They were out the same day and took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. It was obvious they really cared. The job was done expertly! I would recommend DrainCom to anybody!

    Outside Waterproofing

    Slava came to my home and invested the leak I had in my basement, he used an infrared camera to see where the source of the water was coming in and was able to solve my problem without hesitation. The whole team was very professional and excellent at what they do. Recommendations to my friends and collegues will come.

    waterproofing

    After it rained we always got water in the cold cellar, we called a few contractors to come and give us a price, some contractors wouldn't even come to the house but Slava did from draincom. He came in with his blue booties on and used an infrared camera to detect where the problematic area was and explained everything to me in great detail. He gave me a quote and didn't make me feel pressured into doing it . I was able to discuss it wth my husband and call back later to book the job. I felt very comfortable with having Draincom come and fix the water problem. The staff are amazing

    Waterproofing, Sump Pump installation

    Job was done responsibly, on time, very cleanly and really fast. I could recommend this company to everyone. Job was priced decently as well. If needed, I will call them again.

    Basement waterproofing and drain repair

    We called Draincom for a leak in our foundation. Carl and his crew were very PROFESSIONAL. They started on time and ended on time. Thank goodness they have capable and knowledgeable employees because they discovered a clogged drain in the floor and were able to fix it at the same time which saved use a lot of money to fix now due to circumstances. THANK YOU Carl and Draincom. If the need ever arises, we will not hesitate to use your services again as well as recommend you company!

    SUMP PUMP INSTALLED TO FIX LEAKY GARAGE

    I had a serious leak in my garage. One quote wanted to dig from the outside for $3500...another quote wanted to tear down the complete side of the garage wall for $4900, "JUST IN CASE" SLAVA KOVAL came and immediately identified the problem, installed a sump pump for $2600. They were prompt, competent, courteous, efficient, hard-working, identified the leak immediately and charged more than a fair price. I have nothing but praise for an outstanding, extremely well done job. Thanks Slava and your team !

    Basement lowering

    Our first time for such a renovation and we were totally pleased. Draincom is a hard working team, courteous and kept us informed throughout the process while keeping every promise. An easy overall experience for a difficult job. The end result was exactly what we wanted and right on the estimated price.

    Crack repair to basement wall

    I'm a person who is very hard to please and the work that was done to my home was very profesional.The guys were very detailed in the work they did from start to finish and the area was left just as clean if not cleaner from when the job started. Great Job!

    Waterproofing

    We recently had work done in our crawl space, that consisted of a drainage system and concrete, this short letter is to let you know how the job was done. The professionalism of your company was noted from the first day when Carl came out to give us an estimate on what was needed for the job. Then came the day the work crews came to do the actually work, from the time they dropped the tarps to cover our carpet untill they put salt on the driveway and street as they leaving they acted in a very professional and polite manner. We are very pleased with the outcome of our finished crawl space, the quality and the workmanship of the finished product rates very high with us, knowing that you are a large company and we just had a small job for you we never expected this, we would not hesitate to recommend your company to other that need waterproofing/concrete work. We could not remember the names of all the workers that did the work at our house, but i am sure you can check your records on who was here, please let them know that their professionalism and politeness was greatly appreciated.
