I had some foundation leaks and moisture in my basement, so I called Draincom for help. Soon a techician came, inspected the problem and explained carefully what is the best solution. We struck a deal. In 2 days work started. In proper places foundation was exposed and cleaned, cracks fixed. Sealer and membraine was applied, and new weeping tile installed. When all was ready trench was backfilled and compacted. Workers worked hard and professionally, did general cleanup. Job was done fast and efficient! No more leaks now! Rarely one to make comments on forums, I feel compelled (hopefully not prematurely) to share my extremely positive experience with this crew. Where Serge is not knowlegeable about anything related to all things waterproofing and plumbing (not often!) he has the professional humility AND the resources to bring in an expert to advise, counsel, plan and execute. While quite cost competitive, DrainCom did not come out the cheapest, but the job was 10/10. Special mention for Peter who actually cares about the long-term impact of his work on the building and the family! Did I mention - rare professionalism and client care?
