From the very first contact I have had with Draincom to the last I have never had anything but a positive experience. The price was great - very competitive. The crews started when they said they were going to start and worked very hard day in and day out until the work was finished. The only delay came when the inspector asked for something outside of the approved plan. Draincom was supportive through that process and when I had to ask them to change the bill of work, they came back promptly with a very fair price and re-commenced their work the following Monday with the same drive that they had brought to the first part of the renovations. When all was said and done they did a very detailed job cleaning up, and the final bill was what was promised. There were no surprises coming from Draincom at any time during the project. None. Based on the experience I had with them underpinning and waterproofing my basement I asked if they could give me a quote on a new pad for my garage. Again, professional, dedicated, prompt - it was all good. This company is great to deal with.

I want to thank Eugene and his team - for fixing our basement water leak. We were very impressed and grateful for their professionalism, very hard work, and courtesy while being here. They kept us informed of what to expect every day, they were on time, and together with the supervisor (don't know his name), detailed the entire process. They completed work fast and cleanly, as was promised. Despite all the work they did, there never was mess in the house - which was great. We have already recommended Draincom to our friends. We had flood in our basement. We decided to hire Draincom after speaking with Serge. He was very patient, listened well and was able to bring his crew the very next day. They worked very hard and you can see that they have guys with skills, who know their job very well. The project was completed on time, as promised and everything was cleaned up thoroughly (special thank you from my wife). We received an e-mail followed up by a phone call to arrange a free estimate within hours of our online request. The servicemen, Stuart, were onsite and gave a professional and thorough quote after examining the area that needed to be repaired. We were given complete details and explanation of what the job entailed - no hidden cost!!! The workers were here on Monday morning at 8 AM as arranged and the job was done by 4 PM the following day! The service was above and beyond our expectations. The job was done quickly and professionally and the jobsite looks like it never had been taken apart in the first place! I had leaks and moisture in my basement, so I called few waterproofing companies for a solution. Draincom gave me the most extensive explanation and Bob was very helpful in outlining our options. The price for the project was very reasonable compared to other companies and the quality of work was very solid. It was a pleasure doing business with Draincom - everybody was very polite and helpful.

Drain Com did over 100 feet of waterproofing in my basement. Job was done on time and on the money. Mr. Robak and his team finished the job one day earlier then they were supposed to. I am very happy with the whole relationship with this company from start to finish and definetely recommend them to anybody. I liked the fact that Serge put his heart into it!

Draincom had one of their sub-contractors come to replace the main valve. We arranged 2 days in advance for a 9am appointment. The city truck had the street main turned off at 9 and he was 40 minutes late. In Mississauga they can charge $70 to turn off and another $70 to turn on if they have to leave and come back. I was very lucky the City worker said he would still only put down a single charge after he had been waiting around for over 90 minutes. The work done was good but the stress and my extra lost work time would not have me contacting them again.

Though I only had 2 quotes for the work, the difference between my experience with Serge/DrainCom and the competitor was light years apart. Serge looked and listened to what I thought was required and then provided his input and explained why. I came to realize he was being very sensible in his suggestion and truly understood the challenges. Still too soon to know whether this will fix my problem but I see little reason why it won't. DrainCom is highly recommended.
