    Replace Leaking Pipe and Install New Faucet

    Many thanks to Master Plumber Michael and his assistant Lionel for the great job and fantastic customer service they provided to me today. When unexpectedly a part was missing from the hardware I had purchased for them to install, they made every effort to accommodate my making a trip back to the store to retrieve the part so that the job could be completed today. I was very impressed by their punctuality, professionalism, courtesy and their emphasis on total customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Michael and his team at Water Works and would definitely contact them again for any other plumbing needs!

    plumbing

    Second time to use WW and satisfied both times. Came when expected, did work required and left no mess. Michael is very courteous. I felt comfortable to have them in the home.

    replace bathroom and kitchen faucet, repair toilet water problem

    Larry reviewed the work to be completed and identified other issues that I might want addressed, but he was not pushy about his suggestions. We discussed the costs for each of the items before he started and we agreed on the work to be completed during the visit. I was happy with the quality of the workmanship for the new faucet installations and most importantly my toilet no longer shudders after flushing. I would definately use WW for any future plumbing work.

    plumbing issue

    Michael and Lionel were here within minutes and got the work done and cleaned up everything after.Natasha let us know they were on there way so we could be ready for them So we wouldn't have to shut down the office. Fantastic job guys!

    clearing clogged bathroom sink drain

    Michael and his helpful assistant fixed my problem quickly and efficiently.He only charged me the service call fee and gave me tips to keep my drain running smoothly. He told me the cause of my problem (which another plumber had mislead me) and rectified it. I am more than pleased with Waterworks Plumbing, would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend their plumbing services to everyone. Very reasonable fee.

    Toilet repair

    Michael is a very outgoing and nice person. Was able to diagnose the problem right away and fixed it on the spot. Would definitely recommend this Company and Michael the plumber. Thanks Waterworks!

    toilet repair

    We were having some issues with our toilet so as usual we called WaterWorks and as usual we were not disappointed. A hassle free and pleasant experience thanks to Michael and his team. They are qualified professionals who work hard and are passionate about what they do. They "get" the complete customer service excellence experience, remaining connected and engaged with the customer from initial contact to completion of the job. It's good to know the cost of the job upfront with no surprises. No games. And they take full responsibility for the great work they do. When it comes to home repair issues (and our past experiences before WaterWorks), we firmly believe that you get what you pay for. A mistake many homeowners make is too much focus on saving time and money especially when it comes to home maintenance/repair issues. Don't make that mistake, it'll eventually cost you! Michael, thank-you and your team for your dedication, professionalism and great attitude. Always good to do business with you and we'll be in touch to discuss some future plumbing upgrades to our condo!

    Toilet replaced

    Our toilet has clogged many times, and knowing it was an inferior quality fixture, I decided to finally have it replaced. Michael did the job cleanly and efficiently. Job well done. I'll continue to call WaterWorks for our plumbing needs. Thanks. Jennifer

    Repairs of 2 faucets and Minor tweaks

    We have used Water Works on an almost regular basis and I like their service.They always are reliable and fair.They show up get the job done.What I like the best ,is they always they always give me an upfront cost.Last week we had 2 faucets repaired and and did some other adjustments.     Leaking Pipe Repair

    Third party contractors are often hit and miss, and when you're a busy real estate team, there's just no time for errors. We've used waterworks twice, and both times, they answered our calls immediately, arrived on time, were friendly, helpful, did quality work, and billed a reasonable price. First job was to hook up a washer/dryer, second was to fix a broken water pipe. Same great service both times. We're definitely calling them next time we need something.
