    Fixture Replacement

    I appreciated the telephone appointment confirmation and arrival notifications. The technician [Michael Yuffa] was excellent; pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. His ingenuity & creativity resolved a previously unidentified problem which could have resulted in significant costs if unaddressed. He took the time to discuss various solutions and costs before proceeding. I was extremely pleased with the services received and would not hesitate to recommend this organization.

    Sewage Issue

    We were having an issue with sewer back up and decided to call on WaterWorks to help us resole the issue. Michael came, looked everything over and was able to resolve the issue within the same visit. He was very informative, professional and tidy. Having a customer service experience like that would not make me hesitateat all in the least to call on WaterWorks again for my plumbing and drain issues. Thank you!

    Bathroom sink drain/pipe replacement

    Had to replace drain pipe/trap because old pipe had cracked & corroded and was leaking. Called on a Sunday morning and Michael was onsite within a couple hours. He was polite and knowledgeable, kept us up to date as to how progress was going and had the job done in a reasonable amount of time, cleaning up afterwards as well. He was also able to answer our questions on some upcoming projects to aid in timelines/budgeting which will be helpful. Would not hesitate to call them again.

    Drain clearing

    I called on a Sunday morning and by mid afternoon, Todd came out and fixed up by bathroom sink. It turned out to be a more difficult cleaning than either of us thought it would be. He took the extra time to make sure that the drain was completely clear and free of any obstructions. He was very friendly and helpful and even tightened the bolts on my toilet seat! Would highly recommend their services. Thanks to Todd for giving up his Sunday afternoon to clean my stinky sink.

    Toilet wouldn't flush

    My toilet flush lost its 'oomph'. I called WaterWorks in the afternoon, and they were able to book me an appointment for the next morning. Michael was on time, careful in my home and provided me with several options. He was mindful that I was budget-conscious, and in the end solved the problem quickly and affordably. I also had him consult on a few other plumbing-related things I need to do - replace the shower fixtures, fix a dripping faucet and eventually replace my toilet - and he provided quotes and great advice. I would not hesitate to recommend WaterWorks. In fact, I have asked them to come back to complete all the work I've listed above.

    Sink Clog

    The headache this clogged sink was causing prompted me to call WaterWorks. Right from the get go the service was wonderful. Todd came on sight, accessed the job at hand, explained what needed to be done and gave a exact cost. He was able to resolve the clog and set the drain free along with the headache. I would gladly have WaterWorks come back to my home and help me out with my plumbing needs again. I can not say enough about the positive customer experience I had.Thank you WaterWorks!

    Shower faucet repair

    The cartridge valve on my 30 year old shower broke late at night. I shut off all the water in the house and decided to wait until morning to call WaterWorks. At 8am I was greeted by the kind voice of Angela who listened to my issue and had called back within half an hour with the promise that she could have a plumber at my house by 7pm, but could possibly squeeze me in before noon. At noon I was delighted to have Todd W show up and explain what my options were for the fixing or replacing the valve. The valve was stuck but within an hour Todd put up a good fight and was able to unstick it and then seal it up again so I could turn the water back on in the house, which is all I really needed since I will be remodelling the bathroom in the very near future.

    Hot Water Tank - Water Temp. & Pressure

    Dealing with low water pressure and warm water had been challenging. So we called on Waterworks to come and service the Hot Water Tank. Todd was very professional and informative. We moved forward with the work on the spot and Todd gave us hot water and restored the pressure. Thank you Waterworks! We will be sure to use your services in the future. I also appreciated the pre and post maintenance service from WaterWorks. Everything was explained by a friendly and professional woman who also called 15min before the technician arrived and followed up to make sure the maintenance visit went well. I wish all home renovation and maintenance service would provide such a high level of service. Highly recommended.

    Check up before selling house

    Since the recent sale of my home, I was in need of a quick check for some minor toilet and sink issues that needed to be done before closing. I have used WaterWorks about 3 or 4 times in the last year and without hesitation I called them because of their excellent speedy and reliable customer service. Michael was there the same day to make the necessary adjustments and recommendations. I also enjoy Michael's plumbing tips that he gives from his experience and expertise which I wouldn't know otherwise. It is always a pleasure to work with WaterWorks, thank you Angela and Michael for your excellent customer service. I will definitely call you when I move to my new home!

    Squealing Temperature Valve

    My newly installed shower temperature valve was squealing. I had called other plumbers but they wouldn't touch it as the unit was 'non standard'. I envisioned having to purchase a new unit. I contacted Todd via Homestars and he not only fixed my problem (as if nothing had ever been wrong) but also identified some potential problems elsewhere (which I appreciated). Should have called Water Works first!
