Basement Plumbing - Drain, Snake etc.

Once again we called waterworks because of our basement flooding from drainage blockage. TODD came to our place and was one of the most professional, polite and knowledgeable individuals we have ever encountered. He assessed the problem, explained what it was, the options to correct and the process he will be doing. This is the reason we continue to use Waterworks. It is professionals like Todd whom reinforce the requirement to have trustworthy plumber who can get the job done exactly as stated, and exactly on budget. AS we have said before, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND waterworks for your jobs, small or big. Ask for Todd also. This guy is one of the best!!!! Thanks again guys! You mad the experience go from treacherous to smooth in a short time. We can't thank you enough. Stay well Jamie & Elise

    Fixing kitchen faucet

Michael and team arrived promptly on time for the appointment. They were able to show me exactly what was causing the problem and also provided alternatives to help make my decision. They were kind and courteous throughout the whole process and never once started something until I approved it. I would recommend Michael and team to others with no hesitation.

    Leaky Faucet

After attempting my leaky faucet repair (unsuccessfully) over and over, we thought it was time to call in the professionals. Michael and Terry were prompt, clean, thorough and provided me with clear options and advice far beyond what they came to service! I couldn't have asked for anything more. We are very happy with their help and I'm sure that our (formerly) leaky faucet is happiest of all!

    Drain

Michael came promptly to help us with our basement shower- the drain specifically. In just 20 minutes, he had suctioned out tree roots that had entered our drain and now the water doesn't overflow! He also assessed all of our toilets and ensured that they flushed properly as we have had to hold the handle down to ensure a complete flush. Thanks Michael!! 100% satisfication

    Leaking Sink drain

When we moved in to our house, we noticed a leak in the kitchen sink drain - it didn't seem serious so we waited before doing anything about it. Finally we called WaterWorks to come and take a look at it. Michael arrived in the specified time, were very professional and friendly, especially to our cats! To me it looked like a fairly big problem that turned out to be a gasket installed upside down (put in before we moved in). I would recommend this company with no hesitation at all.

    Answer from pro:

    Fix leak from bathtub

We had water leaking from the ceiling directly under the bathtub. Called Waterworks, Michael came out the next morning. He explained up front the cost for diagnosing the problem and possible causes. We decided to go ahead and have him diagnose the leak (leak was from the tub drain), Michael retightened the drain, put silicone along the tub side panel to prevent water getting in and put silicone along the wall behind the toilet as he had spotted that there was a crack in the grout. Whilst he was here he also fixed a couple of other problems (tightened toilet seat, fixed the lavatry pop-up). Michael was very courteous, honest and we were very happy with the service we received from WaterWorks. Thanks Michael.

    Leaky kitchen sink

I called Waterworks after trying a couple other plumbers who either didn't return my calls or didn't show up at all. Waterworks sent Todd over the next day and gave me an honest solution and fixed the leak on the spot. He was very courteous and professional and didn't leave a mess. Next time they will be the first ones I call.

Leaking water return in kitchen sink

During early October I discovered that a fairly dramatic amount of water was leaking from my kitchen into the basement causing untold damage to the ceiling underneath. Thankfully I found Water Works who were able to quickly discover that it was a leaking water return that was pooling water and creating the water fall. Michael, the representative from Water Works could not have been more polite and helpful. We quickly figured out that the return and the taps needed to be replaced. He had some options in the truck though after we broke open the box, it turned out to be the wrong type. Michael immediately offered to fly back to the office and grab a different one. Within the hour he was back and done. Superb service all round. The appointment was preceded by a "he's on his way call" and they immediately followed up with a "how did it go, everything good". I could not be happier. Possibly one of the better customer service experiences I've had, anywhere. Brian

    Sewer drain replacement

Our sewer drain was blocked which caused significant flooding in our basement. During the course of the initial cleanup, Michael from Waterworks happened to be passing by and stopped to offer advice and diagnostic assistance to help assess the root cause of the issue. Waterworks has a crew on-site the next day to start the sewer replacement and Michael gave upfront pricing, as well as a very accurate estimate of how long the work would take. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the overall responsiveness of Waterworks during a rather stressful time and would not hesitate to use their services again. My only issue was with the followup work we requested to make sure our sump pump system was ok... the technician that was sent out (not Michael) initially did not do anything due to some tiles that had been stored in the sump room... after I had cleaned them out (a 4 minute task), he returned and simply reattached the battery to the backup sump pump. While I recognize that Waterworks did not do the installation of our sump pump (I'm sure it would have been done better if they had!), I would have appreciated a closer look to ensure proper functioning. They do appear to be ok though, and we were not charged for the sump pump call. My overall experience with Waterworks was excellent and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
