    Kitchen Drain Repair

    Very good service that started right from the initial email and phone contact. \was able to get an appointment promptly and confirmation the morning of. Once the technician arrived he was very courteous and made sure everything was fixed and tested. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend WaterWorks and will use their services again when necessary.

    Assessment of Drainage Issues

    WaterWorks did exactly what they said they'd do. I was given the headsup phone call that I requested, the technician arrived right on time, and for a very small fee did a complete review of all the problem areas. I'd thought there was a drain problem, which is never cheap or pleasant, but Michael was able to demonstrate that our problems were much simpler than that. I'm taking the time to write this because this company has earned their positive reviews, end of story.

    Water leaking from inside wall in garage when tap in garage turned on in spring.

    I found the company by checking Homestars website. From the first contact to the final follow up call from the office after the completion of the work the service was proffessional. Mike and Matt arrived on time as promised. Their arrival was proceeded by a phone call from the office as promised. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The cost was explained prior to the start of the work. I would not hesitate to call this company in future.

    cleaning drain

    Michael not only showed up on time but cleaned my drain perfectly. He also explained what to do so not to have simular problems in the future. Hes not just after making a quick buck, but to educate his customers too. He will always be my plumber of choice!

    Toilet repair

    Fast service, flexible service window (didn't make us wait around all day, or even for many hours). Friendly, knowledgeable service. They will be my new go-to people for plumbing issues!

    Quote for Leak and Hot Water Pressure

    Called Water Works based on excellent Homestars reviews. Was given a diagnostic charge of $49.50 + HST, which I thought I was not advised to prior. Company reversed fee and I have a great deal of respect for their honesty accordingly.

    Replacing Main Water Valve

    I had a leaky main water valve. Called up WaterWorks. Lisa on the phone was great. She's very helpful and cheerful. Michael came in and looked at the problem and found a bigger problem. He found that the pipe connecting to the main valve was expanded perhaps due to a frozen pipe in the past. I was standing there and watching him fixing the problem. The problem I had is very rare and Mike took the time and patience to find a solution. He went all his way out to do so. At the end, it's repaired. He saved me from the way more expensive job to open up the ground and fix the expanded pipe. Really appreciate his cheerful attitude along the way and his tremendous effort in finding the solution. I wish I could give them 11 stars. For those curious, the case will be on their website or facebook. High recommending this company to anyone who does not want to take a chance for their plumbing problem.

    Faucet installation

    I needed a replacement for a leaking outdoor faucet and an indoor shut off. Waterworks showed uo on time gave me an accurate quote, and completed the work very well. I was very pleased that they called twice when they were going to be a bit late. Very considerate.

    Replacement of Bathroom Faucet

    Excellent customer service. The receptionist was very professional. She even called to advise me that Michael would be coming a little early. Michael did a great job and was very polite and courteous. This is a very good company and I will definitely be using this company again.

    Leaking faucet

    I contacted Waterworks and was greeted very positively. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work quickly and neatly. He insisted on cleaning up after himself which was great. I would use them again.
