    Replacement Windows

    This is the third time I have used House Smart to replace windows in my home. The salesman and installation crews have always been very professional. The work was done on time and I am very pleased with the quality of the new windows. The office staff kept me informed of appointments and called to followup with me after the installation to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend this company.

    Windows replaced

    We needed to completely change over from single pane aluminum windows to new vinyl ones before winter. Some windows were imbedded in brick work and I wondered how that would be done. This company inspired confidence right from the salesmans visit. We had to reschedule at one point and that went well. The office kept us informed. The installation was completed in one day and we were very pleased with the result.

    Window Replacement

    We chose House Smart Home Improvements after reading many reviews on Homestars and comparing quotes from several vendors. Greg was very professional and patient with and helped us choose replacement windows to upgrade our 20 year old home. Ultimately, we had 13 windows replaced. The crew that came was quick and professional replacing all the windows in a single day. The exterior of the home was spotless after the crew left. The new windows are great! The old aluminum windows we had were heavy and hard to open and close. The new ones slide so much nicer and they don't fog up or have pools of water after a cold day. We recommend Home Smart Home Improvements for anyone looking to update their windows!

    New Windows

    We found House Smart on the Internet. After receiving informaiton and quotes from a few companies, we went with House Smart and are very happy with the results. Right from the beginning, the knowledge of the employees were very thorough and detailed when they came to talk about their product. We were replacing almost 40 year old windows with drafts and constant condensation. What we have now are very high quality windows, no drafts, no condensation. The noise level is greatly reduced. What also impressed us was that we had one small issue afterwards and they were very quick to respond and fix. Thanks very much for helping to make our home much more comfortable. We have recommended you to friends.

    windows

    We had seven windows installed and they were all professional from the quote to the installation.Work was done promptly,crew was friendly,and although it was pouring rain when it was done,they kept everything very neat and tidy,and even made sure that everything was picked up when they left.Have already recommended them to people,and would not hesitate to do so.Pleasure to do business with,and the quality and price we were very impressed with.

    Window replacements

    The service I received from home smart was very professional. The installers arrived on time, kept the work area very neat and tidy, were very friendly and the result was an excellent job with total satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional job done right.

    New Vinyl Windows

    From the moment Kate (sales person) came to my home to show me the product, measure my windows and offer a quote, I felt like I was in good hands with this company. Kate was very knowledgeable, and I felt she was on our side to get us the best price possible. The quote that she gave us was the price we paid. She was up front about the costs and broke down the numbers for us. The staff ladies at the office that set up the installation appointment were also friendly and provided great service. Jason and the installation crew were also very good. They noticed a defect on the bathroom window and instead of trying to install it and hope for the best, they told us a new one had to be ordered. While it was a bit of a disappointment to wait another 3 weeks to get our bathroom window installed, I was very satisfied that this company did the right thing and not try to give me a defective product. The team also did a great job in cleaning up everything and leaving me with fantastic looking windows! Thank you House Smart Home Improvements for helping to keep my house warm in the winter and cool in the summer!!

    New Windows

    We chose to purchase new windows and we're looking for a company we could trust and would provide a quality product. We were impressed from the start. The Salesperson provided a list of companies to price out and get other estimates from and showed us what to look for to make sure we didn't make a poor choice. The estimate was very reasonable and the warranty Protects our investment. The install was professional and was done right. We are very happy with the results and the quality of the product and the install. Would recommend them to others.

    New High Efficiency Furnace

    Windows, Bathroom Ventilation

    We solicited multiple quotes for window replacement upon taking possession of a 40-year-old Pitt Meadows home. House Smart was most affordable and offered a quality product, warranty, and competitive lead time. Additionally, we liked that they offered other home efficiency solutions we needed in our under-maintained home (ventilating the upstairs bathrooms and kitchen range hood). Better still, we felt they went the extra mile to do right by us. Cory, who headed the installation team, helped answer all our questions prior and during their site visit. As well, one of our windows had been ordered with the incorrect flange. They rushed a corrected replacement and returned the following week to reinstall it. They also made sure we had a new furnace filter to replace the filthy one left behind, just as a good faith gesture. Based on our first six months with these new windows, we are very happy with the appearance and have had no issues with condensation or moisture. I would recommend considering them if you have windows to replace.
