    Patio Doors

    I had French doors installed leading out to our patio. They look beautiful and we are extremely pleased with them. The doors are of very good quality and the trim and sill look great. The job was reasonably priced and changes mid-way through were not a problem at all. Installation was done as promised and the installers were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company for any similar jobs!

    Sliding Patio doors replaced

    What a pleasure. The work done was perfect, efficient and you would not know that the doors had been replaced. The price was in keeping with other estimates that we got. They phoned before the time agreed to do the work and let us know that they had a problem with their current job and were going to be about an hour late. They followed up a few days later to ensure that we were happy with the job. Would recommend them to everyone.

    Retrofit Windows

    our meeting for the initial quote was very informative and very reasonable for the quality of the windows we had chosen... our concerns with alternative methods of retrofit window installations were explained with an unbiased pros and cons... we received a pre-installation call to remind us of what needed to be prepped for the installation... the supervisor arrived earlier than the crew to ensure everything was prepped for the job... as he arrived earlier than expected, it wasn't but he happily helped with taking down the remaining half of the blinds and valences... the rest of the crew was a little early themselves... they made short work of the 7 windows that were being installed and were done by the early afternoon... they cleaned up after themselves so well, that you couldn't even tell that they had even been there... the installation crew was very professional and even cleaned the outside of the windows before they left... the supervisor even went through the window features and how to operate them and what to expect from them... overall and excellent job and customer service from our initial quote to the final installation... we're pretty confident that if we require after-sales service that we will receive the same level of excellence...

    Window Installation

    We were very pleased with the prompt quote, the explanation of our options and the work done on our property. The results speak for themselves in a reduction of heating costs this winter and overall improved look to our property, we will definitely use House Smart Improvements again in upcoming renovation projects.

    windows, door

    Jason took alot of time with us explaining the product, the install process and warranty. He answered all of my phone calls and put me at ease with all my questions I had. He accommodated use with a speedy install date. When they came to the install Corey and his crew were exceptional. They were fast, but with quality, very impressive. The windows and doors look awsome. They cleaned up all their mess and left as if they were never there. Except having new windows lol I had a few questions afterwards. He answered them proptly and with professionalism. I just want to say thanks again and I will recommend them to anyone needing their services. great job Richard and Kelly

    windows

    This is the 3rd home I have had them do windows for me. This time was a full reno...15 windows and patio door. The estimate was the estimate...no surprises. Work done as scheduled...promptly and professionally. I love the product and how they do business. Would not hesitate to recommend to family & friends !! (y) (y)

    I was very satisfied with the work and quality Home Smart Home Improvements did when installing my windows. They were extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them for any window or door installations you need.

    window and door replacement

    Thank you to the efficient, friendly team at House Smart Home Improvements. We love our new windows, front door and French patio doors. The house is warmer, quieter, and looks so much better. One small glitch, as can happen, but they were on it and solved it right away. We are very happy with everything about them!

    Hot water heater, furnace

    House Smart Home Improvements installed a new hot water heater and Energy Star furnace in our home. The team was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Our 50 year old furnace was located in a crawl space under the house. The House Smart team spent the entire day in the crawlspace without complaint and did an excellent job with a difficult installation. The giant old furnace, hot water heater and associated scrap was removed right after installation. Everything was left tidy. I would highly recommend House Smart to my friends and will call them when we are ready for window replacements.

    window replacements

    We looked at a couple of companies, some higher some lower in cost. We went with House Smart because of the look of the window. Less window frame. and the warranty which covered the install. The installer was great, even more knowledgeable than the sales person. He even replaced a window pane which had a marked we had not noticed. BUT he did!
