I switched from a French patio door to sliding door and am loving it. I have a small patio and the opening of the french door took up 1/3 of the patio, now I have all of the patio. I am very happy with the sales person and quality of the product. It was installed 6 months ago and no issues. I will be contacting them soon to replace my large bedroom window to an energy saving one (and one that slides open a lot easier).

Top notch installation perform by Richard & Claude. never got their last names. I appreciate the upgrade to the Goodman GMVC96 from the original Tempstar model, after waiting over almost seven months due to manufacturer supply issues. Overall, very satisfied, now I will find out how reliable this new furnace will be....

9 new windows installed, in Living room and One new opening in wall for window inDining area. 3 windows repaired in bedrooms. All under Lifetime warranty. Installed professionally and totally cleaned up after. Immediate difference in comfort level.

The salesman Glenn was very good in his presentation. Demonstrated the benefits and quality of the product. Answered my technical questions well w/o putting down the competition. The installer was also efficient and did a good job. They left the place clean and free of debris.

What a great job by the furnace techs Richard and Claude on my furnace replacement. The guys were very professional and made sure the job was top notch. Also, thanks to Bryan and Lisa for the furnace recommendation and price point as well. All in all great experience from House Smart and I would recommend them to friends and neighbours.

Excellent service and would highly recommend. Ryan came and gave us a consultation for new windows and AC. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We ended up getting the AC only. The crew was great and the installation went smoothly. They even moved the thermostat to a more ideal area which we greatly appreciate. Looking forward to using the AC this summer!

House Smart provided a seamless experience from start to finish. The estimate was provided quickly and the project was completed based on the timeline quoted. The install technician was careful and thorough and left things neat and clean. We are already reaping the financial benefits of switching to an energy efficient furnace. I will choose House Smart again for other renovation projects.

I recently purchased several new triple glazed Prime Windows from Home Smart in 2022. I am very satisfied with the price and quality of all my windows which had some of the best U - factors for windows as per the attached photos.

HouseSmarts quoted price was reasonable compared to 2 other competitors. Based on their previous positive reviews and that I will not compromise quality based on price alone; we went with them to supply and install 3 exterior doors. Shawna did a great job after we called the office to ask for someone to provide an approximate installation date. She did a great job following up with their supply base to advise us on the installation date. Her response time is excellent and she took the time to explain anything I needed to know regarding the job. James who led the job with his helper Omar arrived exactly on time on the installation date. They both had very polite positive and hard working attitudes. James quickly discussed the job with me to ensure we were on the same page and they went to work on it right away. Simply said, I feel the integrity of James work skills are second to none which led to a very high quality installation. My home has some issues with some walls being slightly offset which he quickly adapted to, for a perfect end result. While Omar took instruction from James, he was super respectful and hard working while also producing excellent results. The guys did the job on a heat wave day which was mostly unshaded but they pressed on with working hard regardless. Of course we supplied them with ice cold drinks along the way, which they had kindly shown appreciation for. We would hire HouseSmart again for any new job and recommend them to anyone we know requires work they supply.
