    Window project

    We retained the services of House Smart Home Improvements about 10 years ago. Jason, Corey and their team did a great job then replacing about 13 windows in our 90+ year's old house. As the COVID19 altered our lives, my wife and I started working from home. But each of our offices had a very small window and we were carving for day light. Well, this is where Corey came one more time and took some measurements for 4 windows. Three of them were cut-in new windows and they had rather challenging geometry to install. Then Steve and his two colleagues came in and did a wonderful job installing them. When were courteous, professional, and left the place in a very clean shape. I would definitely hire and recommend your services again.

    Furnace replacement

    Sales agent, office staff and installation crew were all very cooperative and helpful, installers explained everything well and left a neat and clean installation area. Thank you all for a job well done.

    replace door with patio sliding door

    the crew came in at 9ish that morning explained what they were going to do and then proceeded to cut through the wall and then prepped for the replacement they did a great job with the install and cleaned up and finished as much as the could the trim , we were very pleased with the job

    New insulation

    After we installed a new furnace, we decided to upgrade our 30 yr old roof insulation. Here’s where we lucked out with finding Leo Bastarache. His quote was exactly what it cost, work was done in days including wrapping all the pipes. They also did a great clean up. We’d definitely recommend this company, and have done so to others in our townhouse complex. Bonus was the Provincial Gov’t grant that paid for bout half of of the cost. Thanks Leo

    Replaced old windows

    I love my windows. House Smart staff were very professional right from the sales person to the installers. They listened to the needs of the strata and answered all the questions.

    10 windows and sliding door

    they arrived on the date they said they would. they installed 10 windows and a sliding door, just like they said they would. they broke one window old whilst removing but quickly cleaned that up and carried on... the sliding door was difficult to close, they did some adjustments, sadly it still sticks a bit but was told they're coming back to fix great job guys

    New Furnace

    The furnace works great. Install took a day. Workers were polite and provided good service. They cleaned up after the work was done. The furnace keeps the house warm and is easy to program. Everything I needed to know was explained to me whe the furnace was installed. It was easy to apply for the rebate through Fortis BC. I do recommend this company and will deal with them again without hesitation.

    Above and beyond Total efficiency

    I received my neighbors little window air conditioner because she said her new windows were so great she didn't need it anymore. After hearing her praise for the better temperature in her den, I asked her for a referral to her window company and was given Greg's number. From there I met Gail on the phone, who sent Greg out to estimate. I was surprised when it was an affordable amount and even felt very comfortable with my decision. My neighbour's had their entire home redone and were very satisfied, and Imtrusted them. Delivery and installation were so smooth that they were done in much less time than I anticipated, with so little disruption to me. They cleaned up as they worked, and while payment was being made, the young man asked if he could kick a few of my kitchen laminate floor boards that gapped. I said sure, I have to do them almost daily. He kicked them in the opposite direction that I had been doing, and to this day, those boards have stayed in place. I asked his name and he is Steve. An example of caring for the customer and the company. I highly recommend this company and this team!

    Window Replacements

    We started getting quotes to replace both windows and doors in May 2020. We decided to go with House Smart for our windows and another company for our doors. House Smart delivered and installed our windows in the timeframe promised. We are extremely happy with our new windows. Although we paid a 50% deposit for our doors, it is over 6 months later and the door company still has not completed the job. We regret not doing both jobs through House Smart.

    Windows upgrade

    We had our windows upgraded to double glazed by House Smart. They were professional from the sales perspective to the actual installing of the windows. Costumer service was good as well.
