    Windows replacement

    Replaced 3 sets of windows in each bedrooms. Windows looks great and easy to clean, only the down side is when they were replaced, wall by windows are scraped/scratched. Wish they were little more careful.

    Windows

    Had six windows installed in my mobile home in the White Oak Trailer Park. Work was done in 3 hrs. Great job, lots of rain since the installation but no issues. Cheers Dave Bliss

    Furnace replacement

    The overall experience was good, I got three quotes and house smart was right in the middle. I felt comfortable with my decision and I’m happy with the end results the furnace works good!

    Hpise Smart are the best.

    We where so impressed by the great service when we had our first patio door done. The crew where friendly and did a great job. We were so impressed that we eventually had another 3 doors renewed. We still have another 3 to go and will not hesitate to call them out again. I may add that the after service is perfect and their pricing is not prohibitive. Well done guys.

    Excellent & Knowledgable Service, Great Value

    The consultation began with 2 in home visits during which the job was reviewed, and an appointment made for measurements to be taken. Upon contract signing, a date for installation was made and there was continuous followup regarding the scheduling. The job was completed on time, clean up was excellent and we were very pleased. Would hire the company again in a heartbeat.

    Furnace Installation

    We could not have been more impressed with the service from the sales man, the installer and the office personnel of House Smart. Every one of the employees was knowledgeable, clear at communicating the sequence of events and excellent at follow up. The salesman and installer were particularly obliging in respecting our tenants' living space. The installation was done efficiently and on time. We would have no problem recommending House Smart to any other homeowner in need of installing a furnace.

    Window Installation

    After reading reviews and speaking with Brian and Greg, we decided to go with House Smart for their double pane windows upgrade. We had 7 windows and 1 sidelite replacement done in one day in September 2021. Steve and his installation team did a great job of installing new windows and cleaning the installation area. After installation, additional work was required to adjust our California shutters. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the new energy efficient windows and we could tell right away the energy efficient windows were already at work. Thank you Brian, Grace, Steve and Ryan for your help with the warranty support. We would recommend House Smart to anyone looking to upgrade their windows.

    Windows

    Well done. Very efficient and friendly staff both on-site and in the office. On time and good clean-up. Most likely a few more window projects to come in the future.

    Window installation

    Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and reliable. The installation team was efficient and did an excellent job with our windows. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for window replacement

    Furnace and A/C Unit

    Worst experience ever! I would never deal with this company again! I have been a home owner for over 24 years and I regret ever having contacted them for an installation. I ordered a new furnace and a/c unit mid August ( Over $11,000) We signed a purchase agreement and paid a deposit. Our current furnace was not working and we have had no heat which they were aware of. After waiting 7 weeks and initiating all the emails as to when the equipment would be installed and available they finally said that they could not get the product that we agreed to and would have to cancel our agreement. They left us hanging for the past three weeks without heat! For 7 weeks, we have been waiting for an installation and were left without any heat during these cold past few weeks. I am so disappointed! I When I asked the owner if they could send a technician to repair our current furnace; I was told they could not get a technician into our home until December! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

We had offered to provide you with heaters while we waited for the product and unfortunately due to the world wide Covid-19 pandemic, supply chain and raw materials have been greatly affected. This trickle down effect from the pandemic is why we had such delays for your furnace from the manufacturer, from when you had initially signed up with House Smart. The delay was communicated to you during the process before we had offered you an upgrade to an alternative brand furnace at no additional cost, however you did not like the alternate product brand we had offered so the next option was to cancel the contract and release the deposit in full so that you could contract a different company. We hope that you were able to find a company to install a different furnace in a quicker time frame than what we were able to offer you. Ryan Swan-House Smart Manager.
