    Window Installation

    This is the second window project that we have done with House Smart. From the first contact/email until the completion of the project, House Smart employees have been exceptionally professional, prompt, friendly, efficient and caring. Emails and phone calls are returned promptly. Questions are responded to in detail and in a timely manner. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable, customer service oriented, honest, prompt and efficient. The office staff was very pleasant to deal with. They, too, had a customer oriented attitude and strong work ethic. My numerous questions promptly responded to. Staff never seem to tire of my "one last question." Office staff were very helpful is scheduling my installation date in relation to my house reno. On the day before the installation, the office staff called me to confirm that they were all good to go and that the installer would be arriving within a certain "window" of time!! The installers arrived promptly at 9:00 am and started to work immediately. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the task on hand. After a few questions, they were hard at work. They worked steadily and had the project completed by the end of the work day. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly. I would strongly recommend that anyone who is planning to replace or install new windows to seriously consider contact House Smart for a quote. I assure you that you will not be disappointed!

    Failed window replacement

    Seal failed in a window installed by House Smart 10 years ago was replaced under warranty. Installer (Ryan) was pleasant, efficient and meticulous. Job well done! Thank you

    Great service! (They installed two machines for us for the last two ears)

    Great service! I had great experience with HSHI in both installation of our new tankless water heater in Summer 2020 and the A/C two months ago. I first looked for a local licensed provider for the hot water heater and found out that our furnace was also installed by this company before we bought the house. Fair pricing (not the cheapest - qualify and after-sales services matter to me, not a few bucks), professional salespeople and installers and nice back-office staff calling several times after the installation to ensure everything's going well. Highly recommend!

    Furnace and Water Tank replacement

    Very professional staff and installers. Very clean, punctual for all appointments. Work done in one with minimal disruption for us. Would definitely recommend their services.

    Windows

    We had all windows and a rear patio door replaced on our rancher house in East Van. The crew did a great job of installing and cleaning up. Couldn't be happier with the service from the beginning to the end of the process.

    Replacement sliding doors

    Our house was built in 1991 and it had the original wooden sliders. We face west so the wood deteriorated due the harsh weather. We are extremely pleased with our new doors, they have provided better insulation and look amazing. So far we have replaced 4 out of 8 doors and we are planning to change the rest and some new windows in the future. We would not hesitate to recommend House Smart, they have done an amazing job, their installation crew is the best and make minimum mess. Well done to this company and a big thank you.

    New Gas Furnace. Good work, low pressure sales

    Got a quote from them because of good BBB rating. The salesman was much lower pressure than the big companies that advertise on TV and the quote was $1000 lower. Install was done well and earlier then expected. I'm very happy with the job they did on my new gas furnace.

    Window renovations

    Very pleased with our new windows and the installation - thoroughly recommend that you compare HouseSmart to the competitors & youll see that they are the best. We also had a garden window replaced and they are one of the few companies that actually wanted to take the time to do this . A lot of their competitors said it couldnt be done!

    would totally recommend them...had windows replaced...very happy with the job they did...windows are great no problems and they look great...so happy going to have them replace some more this year !

    New Goodman High Efficiency Furnace Installation

    About 1 year ago, I had to replace my 20 year old Carrier gas furnace. I chose House Smart Home Improvements because they offered a reasonable price and were able to expedite the delivery of the new furnace. A big thanks to the sales rep. for making this happen. The installation went smoothly as well. The installers took the time to fabricate a custom transition piece at the air inlet to accommodate my existing permanent electrostatic air filter which was located higher up in the air return duct. All in all, it was a job well done and I would not hesitate to use House Smart Home Improvements again.
