Reply created 27 Aug 2015Dear Igor, We are sorry that you feel that the move in/post reno cleaning was not up to our regular standards. I understand that you were concerned about the top of the shower head not being cleaned and smudges on the windows and handles were dirty. We had advised you that the crew would do their very best because you had contractors and movers in the same day as our cleaning crew, the windows were cleaned as well as the door handles - but because other people in the unit were moving boxes and other items and placing them near walls and the windows our crews will not keep going back and forth cleaning up after others have dirtied the areas that you mention. We had set up a re-do cleaning for you after you had said that there were smudges on the windows which were made after our crew had cleaned we were confirmed with you by phone and email correspondence- the crew arrived and went to the concierge for him to open the door to your unit - because your dog had started to bark and was very disturbing to your neighbors the concierge was the person who did not let the crew inside to do the cleaning.

Reply created 27 Aug 2015Hello Elaine, Unfortunately we were unable to clean everything due to the condition of your 2 bedroom Condo. The crew had spent hours scrubbing as much as possible within the time frame given. As you described the apartment after the cleaning still had some missed areas, such as stains on the cabinets, so as we can all imagine what the state the condo must have been in before the cleaning. The crew did try very hard to remove the stains in the toilet bowl, however due to build up from the toilet going uncleaned over time, they were unable to remove all the stains. Our company does have a 24 hour service guarantee, which we did offer you, even though we had received the complaint after 24 hours, however you declined this offer. We are sorry about your experience but we did try to accommodate you, and we do appreciate your feedback. Thank you, New Century Maids
