We hired Accu_Star Inc recently to provide an assessment on water leakage in several areas of our home. Nev (Accu-Star) completed the assessment on time and within budget and presented a comprehensive report identifying problem areas and potential causes as well as solutions to the problem. Nev also went out of his way to offer additional assitance in finding qualified professionals who provided further expert opinions, organized our search for potential contractors and took part in the whole process without any hesitation. We highly recommend Accu-Star services to anyone who is experiencing roofing problems or is taking on a roofing project. Accu-Star experience and know-how brought to the table will give you a huge return on your investment!

We hired Accustar and Nev and Ed spent a few hours thoroughly going through the new house giving plenty of useful information along the way. We received a written report with pictures (alson on a CD) afterwards and Ed sat again to go over it in detail. They answered and gave advice to all the questions we had. Very friendly and professional, i would definately recommend. Also, the infrared scanning is useful in my opinion.

Accu-Star was highly recommended as we have had continuous water issues in our basement. Before we started ripping out floorboards and dry-wall for the 3rd time, it was suggested that we get a thermal image report of where the water actually was. It saved us a lot of money and additional headaches. Nev responded quickly and came over right away. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. His patience was very much appreciated as he answered my never ending questions! Hopefully I will not need Accu-Stars service again but if I do...Nev would be the first person I call!

We had a musty smell in our basement that we couldn't narrow down, and with concerns about water seeping into the walls or floors, we hired Nev from Accu-Star to inspect our property. Nev managed to use thermal equipment and moisture readers to identify the source of the problem -- and it was in an area we totally didn't expect -- during his visit. He explained the technology, showed us the problem and suggested the next steps for fixing the problem. We also used Nev's services to inspect the rest of our home, to which he found other issues of water leakage in an upstairs bedroom, areas of poor insulation and other minor problems to be fixed. Overall, Nev was professional, thorough and most helpful in inspecting our home. I would highly recommend.

We have used Nevo twice now--and in both cases he has provided us with outstanding service. He is patient, friendly, knowledgeable and gets right down to the problem. He found the source of 2 different water leaks and also provided advice for preventive maintenance on our home. He has saved us big $$$. He also puts in extra time, is honest and dependable. Our ceilings showed water stains but we were not sure of the source. Nev found the leaks and helped prove to our plumber exactly what the problem was. It's hard to dispute water spraying on a live camera feed inside the wall.

His camera is very effective in locating water problems. He is certified in using this equipment. He truly went out of his way to provide superior support. He went above and beyond.

Nev is a true home inspector. Has all the gadgets and tech toys to really do a proper job and most importanlly the education and knowledge of how to use them properly. He was able to find the source of my leak behind a wall with his thermal camera that can see right through the wall. Found some mould in the basement behind the insulation and had recomendations on how to correct the problem. He is certainly a true professional.
