I have used Accustar when a couple of years back and the president himself was handling my water leaking from rain issue. Nev, the president came out this time again when he could have sent his technicians. He is a rare gem, he is honest, reliable and gets the job done. He diagnosed the leak in about two hours which is such a relief as now I can get the issue fixed. In the future, anyone having my problem, I will definitely recommend. This guy is good.

We had some mold in the basement and weren't sure how bad it was. Accustar came to our house and showed us where the mold was and explained how they would remove it. They sealed the entire area and kept the entire work site spotless. They were always available to answer my questions and Nev, the owner, came out several times to the site to walk me through all of the work. Nev and his entire team are great. I would use them again without hesitation. If you have a mold problem, call Accustar!!!!!

We hired Accu-Star in Dec 2012. Nev and Terry came to our home free of charge to do the original assessment – this service was only offered by a few companies. They spent a lot of time explaining things to us with no pressure – really nice guys. Overall impression: the team was knowledgeable, accessible, patient, reliable and competitive on their pricing – all qualities we were looking for - and as you know - extremely challenging to find in 95% of contractors. We dealt with Terry mainly who was great and professional and really took the time to explain everything to us. Lastly, we needed our roof fixed as a result of a leak – they were able to arrange for this seamlessly, and the company who fixed it was great, both providing warrantees on their work which is extremely important. We are not easy customers and I can tell you that you will not be disappointed with their service.

We were starting the planning stages of renovating our house and found mold in the basement we hired Accu-star to remove the mold and because we were so satisfied with the job and deal with Terrance and his crew we are planning on using them for the demolition of the our basement. We would recommend them to any of our friends.

Accu-star handled a complicated job for us involving removal of materials and requiring the use of specialized cleaning and sealing products. The patience, responsiveness and efficiency of the company is very much appreciated. And the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Elizabeth and her crew were fantastic! They were on time and on budget. Very clean and professional. No mess was left behind for me to deal with. No surprises. I would highly recommend them!

Accu-Star helped us deal with the removal of our asbestos lined furnace very quickly. Once I placed the call for an inspection, they had someone there within hours. The technicians arrived on -time to perform the abatement the following day. The day after the abatement, the furnace installation company demanded an air quality test report before they would even set foot in the house. Jennifer contacted me that morning regarding the demands of the installation company, and had an air quality test performed the same day! Communication with Jennifer and Nev at Accu-Star was constantly flowing, they kept me in the loop via e-mail or phone call through the whole process. I highly recommend Accu-Star for their services. Their customer service, communication, professionalism, knowledgeable staff, made a world of difference!

Working on an older home in Toronto I wanted to remove/repair a popcorn ceiling and fix a plaster wall. Watching all the DIY shows and their warnings about older homes and asbestos in plaster/popcorn I wanted to make sure my family was safe. Working with Accu-Star was great. They were quick to get back to me and schedule an appointment to take a couple of samples. They were on time and pleasant to work with. They reassured me that they would help out with next steps if we did have a problem. I got my results back quickly 2 days (no asbestos - yeah!). I would use them again any time.

We called Accu-Star to give us a estimate for the demolition of our party room we excepted the estimate and scheduled the work. The crew started the work a week later and was done in four days. I would recommend Accu-star
