My brother recommended Roof Pro to me. Frank arrived on time to evaluate my roof. After inspecting the roof, he spent time discussing options for my new roofing project. I had other quotes with prices all over the map; Roof Pro's quote was not the highest nor the lowest. After discussing this with Frank he pointed out to me what was included in some and not included in others. I was very pleased with Frank’s evaluation and felt comfortable hiring them to do the work. The office contacted me when the shingles were to be delivered and they arrived on time. The workers arrived on time and the job was completed on time. I was very satisfied with Roof Pro. I have and will continue recommending them to others.

This company is cost effective,quick,and reliable. They did a great job,I would reccommend them with no question. The roof looks good, and they cleaned up after themselves. Frank helped picked out the colour and style his remarks were bang on.

In April I had another firm replace the shingles on my two sunrooms. Simple job. Took them 3-4 days. The workmanship was so poor you would not believe me if I described it - and they never finished. Crew never returned. After waiting for 4 months and listening to countless promises that they'd return, I decided to hire someone else to finish the job. I hired "Roof Pro +" based on reading reviews on Homestars. A world of difference, starting with the initial visit to review the job. Frank Soule was here for nearly 1.5 hours looking at what had been done and discussing how best to proceed. I opted for ripping it apart and starting from scratch rather than trying to fix the mess. I also decided to do main structure and garage, which would have to be done in a few years anyway. Frank's crew arrived right on time a few days later and had the entire job done by 3:30 that afternoon. The guys were very careful about not ruining my wife's extensive flower gardens - without any promting from me. They injured only one small plant - which I consider a major miracle. After the work was finished they thoughly cleaned everything, swept the roof, hand cleaned the eavetroughs, cleaned their smudges and finger prints off the siding (!!), and spent a lot of time policing the ground for nails and bits of old shingles. I now have an attractive looking roof that I don't mind looking at and I no longer worry about leaks or floods as I did after the last job was done.

Roof Pro + were extremely professional with strong work ethics and a company you can trust. They worked well as a team, were professional in every manner and didn't rush through the sale or the job itself. They took their time to explain everything that needed to be done to accomplish my end result. I had a very complex roofing job and they handled it perfectly. From beginning to end there was nothing I would have changed with this company. They even cleaned up after themselves which is not always the case with some other companies I have dealt with. I can't compliment this group of individuals enough!! All companies should be this amazing!!

We are extremely happy wth the roof and eavetrough work and overall finished look to the house. The whole project from Frank's initial assessment of the old roof, through to the neat and complete new roof installation done by the crew and final clean up went very well and professionally. The roofing crew installing the shingles worked effectively and thoroughly taking care to protect our home while they worked. First knowledge through excellent website which described our issues.Work included full roof on home bungalow and flat roof on attached garage; new eavestrough with leaf-guard protection.Frank came at my request, reviewed areas requiring repair provided comprehensive assessment and answered both my wife's and my questions.He even located area homes with shingle colour and types we were considering, for our comparisson.Exceptional work, exceptional work crews.Chris the owner personally did the flat roof work. Everything handled professionally and cleaned up fully before leaving.Frank returned and corrected a few minor issues.Recommend highly.Everything fully tested since with all the rain and works well.

We have 98 homes here and when our new roofs {installed by another company} started having problems soon after installation, Roof Pro were so helpful with repairs and solved many of our problems. Great company to work with and extremely proffessional. Any time we have issues that come up, they will come and fix the problems quickly and do the job well. They do their best to keep the costs reasonable and affordable.

Our roof was leaking, and needed to be replaced so I started on the task of finding a contractor. I called five companies, one didn't return my call, two didn't bother to show up, and the estimates I received from the other two differed so much in price that it left me very confused. I was relaying this to my neighbour, and he highly recommended Roof Pro + Home Improvements as they had replaced the roof on their home three years ago. I called Roof Pro + the next morning, and they set up an appointment for me that afternoon. Frank came out, and gave me an estimate, it was almost the same as one of the other quotes I had received. He then took the time to sit down with me, and he went over all the estimates to show me why there was such a difference in the prices. He also showed me a link on their web site that allows you to choose the basic design, and colour of your home so you can click on different styles and colours of shingles to see how they will look on your home - it was very helpful. The choice of companies became obvious, along with the recommendation from my neighbour, and the prompt service I had already received it was clear Roof Pro + Home Improvements was the company to do the job. Thanks Roof Pro + the new roof looks wonderful, and the service was fantastic.

Last September Roof Pro+ Home Improvements put a new roof on our house, they were professional right from the start. Roof Pro + were on time with the quote,and they started, and finished the roof exactly when they said they would. There was not a single hassle, their workmanship is impeccable, and the new roof, and eavestrough has greatly enhanced the appearance of our home.
