Neil delivered superb service to us. He came when he said he would, was very professional in his approach, came back the next day with samples so choosing new shingles was easy, supervised the work, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before we paid a cent. It was a pleasure doing business with him and Roof Pro +.

Work was done on time. The workers kept the area clean. Any questions I had regarding the work were answered. Very happy with the suggestion from Frank regarding the installation of a maximum ventilator. He also solved a minor problem with my eves trough. I would recommend Roof Pro + to my friends.

I know something about roofing - having done some repairs and service work myself. When I found a leak in the house and traced it down to poor roof work done previously - I started hunting for a company I could trust to do the job right. I researched Roof Pro + quite a bit before even deciding to get a quote. Frank - the estimator, although busy, showed up on a Saturday morning - exactly when he said he would, was personal - very friendly and explained the whole procedure, right down to the details. He went through the details on the quote and made sure all our questions were answered. We got competitor quotes - although, one was just dropped in our mail box with no explanation and the other just didn't seem to be interested in our job. (one quote was higher, and the one that didn't even meet with us was lower by a couple hundred)... We decided to go with Roof Pro +. The schedule was set, but unfortunately delayed by weather - was rescheduled and true to their word - the day came and the crew was outside our door first thing that morning. Everyone I talked to at the company - including the woman who called to confirm the schedule and preparation, was extremely friendly and upfront - making sure every detail was covered and that we were aware of everything that would happen. The only thing that marred the whole experience was the re-mounting of the satellite dish - which they said up-front that they couldn't guarantee the aim - right after the roof was done, we got a horrible storm and knocked it out of alignment. I ended up finding out that it wasn't really anchored down to the roof well, and the lag bolts weren't even into the wood. I can't blame them though, as they are not satellite installers. All in all... A very good job and I'm extremely happy with our new roof! Thanks Frank and crew!

Here is another recommendation for choosing Roof Pro+ for yout next roofing job. Having been 'burned' the last time I had my roof done about 10 years ago, I was very careful in selecting a contractor this time around. After researching contractors, both in and outslde of my area, I settled on Roof Pro+. The selling point for me was the time Frank took to explain in great detail about roofing materials and what he would recommend and why. He was very personable and knowledgeable and gave me great piece of mind that I was making the right choice this time around. The quality of the work was great, and as promised, was conmpleted as scheduled with a very efficient clean up. Great work!

We just had our roof and flat roof completed by Roof Pro. It was a very pleasant experience; made that much better of course by the prior consultations with Frank, who explained in detail all the work that we would need to do to bring our roofs up to code. We greatly appreciate the professionalism of the workers on the site, they were skilled tradesmen, who cleaned up after themselves; and were always friendly and pleasant. We are happy to say that the work was completed as per Frank's projected schedule and as far as we're concerned, we have no complaints. We would definitely recommend Roof Pro to anyone who has roofing needs.

My neighbour referred me to Roof Pro + and Frank came out and spent over TWO hours measuring and making suggestions on how to fix our front porch area which was poorly designed and leaking. Even before I had the chance to ask him to also look at a couple of small sheds in our backyard he saw they needed to be repaired as well. His crew just finished our roof on last Friday and they knew Thursday afternoon that we were in for some rain that night and the guys stayed late making sure we were not going to have any issues overnight with weather. Back again early Friday and they finished before the snow came that night. Hard workers, cleaned up the area beautifully and a pleasure to be around. To date we've had all the repairs done and the new shingles. Now we're about to get our new eaves and I can't wait. I rate them a 10 because of the quality of work done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROOF PRO+ to all homeowners.

During the heavy rain and strong winds dished out by "Sandy", I had a leak from the top jamb of one of my new windows. The window company double checked their installation and noted some issues on the eyebrow roof above that window. I was looking for a roofing company to come out to take a look to give me a second opinion and to make necessary repairs. I had pictures of the top of that roof section, so I was committed to spending money to repair the obvious gaps that were there. I had a heck of a time finding a company to come out to take a look. Part of it was because everyone was busy due to the storm, but I think some of them just didn't want to bother with a potentially small job. I called the top dogs from Homestars. One company came out, but didn't bother going up to the roof to actually look! Another one, whose name would indicate roof repair is their sole purpose, declined the job after indicating it was a window issue based solely on my email and pictures. Three companies wanted to charge a fee just for coming out to take a look. Another one initially looked promising, but didn't call me to get details until 10 days or so later. I also skipped one of the top companies because they never returned my calls when I was trying to get them to top up insulation in the summertime. As a consumer, I remember the little things. Roof Pro + Home Improvements called me back the next day. I spoke with Frank, and he came out the day after to take a look. He took the time to climb up on to my roof to take a look at not just that section, but the entire roof. I found him to be honest and very knowledgeable. He confirmed that rain could have come in from the roof section above the window, and offered a very reasonable (I thought) and cost effective solution. Appreciative of his efforts, I went ahead with his recommendations. He came back about a week later and did the work. I asked him to take pictures for me of the repair in case I have to deal with the window company again, and he did that as well for me. We had a nice chat afterwards and I appreciated him taking the time to do that. If I ever need his services again (a part of me is thinking of replacing that whole eyebrow section entirely and getting it re-done), Roof Pro + will be the only company I call back. Like I said, the little things are what stick in my mind. This was a very small cost repair in the grand scheme of things, but Frank's response basically earned him any potential future roofing needs I may have in this home or the next.

This company were a pleasure to work with - they were there when they promised to be - they did some work before the actual project to protect us - the work was done efficiently. The crew were prompt, polite and very tidy. Neil was efficient when estimating, planning and overseeing the work. I would certainly recommend this company.

This website is a wonderful resource for researching contractors which was not available in the past. In the past, I chose my roofers from the yellow pages in my area, references were available, the cheapest quote won the contract and I ended up dealing with an answering machine when I needed support. Late in 2011, with now enhanced Internet researching capabilities and this website, I started my research with the intention of making a decision for a new roof in 2012. I decided that I wanted to read many positive reviews and deal with a front end office staffed by humans and not an answering machine. Roof Pro Plus had many positive reviews, an excellent, informative website and an office. When I read about a strong competitor, with many good reviews, and saw one of their crews on a second story roof with no fall-restraint system, I decided to eliminate them for their cavalier attitude toward worker safety. Another competitor in the area with a few good reviews could not provide a roof inspection on time, provided no callback to explain and no apology. Roof Pro’s sales person showed up on time and offered his advice. Having finalized a contract, I had requested a trailer and not a bin. Upon arrival of the crew, the company President, Chris Hasenauer, delivered a spiffy new trailer to my home. Although he is the President, he is a very down-to-earth, personable gentleman, ready to get his hands dirty, communicate with his customers and made other visits during the day to support his crew. Matt and the crew were, hard-working, polite, young men, diligent in their duties, with no ghetto-blaster blaring to irritate the neighbours. Special thanks to Dan for your punctuality and assistance to me early in the morning. Chris’s wife Jan, who co-ordinates the schedule and other business matters, dropped by at the end of the day to collect the cheque and explain the warranty paperwork. Let’s not forget about Cathy on the front desk, who not only remembered my face and my name after only one visit to the office. This is truly a family business that I believe, is committed to quality installations, long-term customer service and being the best roofing business in this community. Cleanup went well and the new roof looks great. The next day we had a severe downpour...3.6mm in a short period of time. I have one skylight and two Solatubes. No issues/no leaks. Let it rain!

Frank is an outstanding personality. He has time to explane everything in detail. His promise to come with his crew was in the time he said.The crew with John the Forman where very punctual. iIt was a pleasure to see how they worked together in harmony. All in all I can say an outstanding company and team who performed a perfect work. The clean up was perfect. We my wife and will recomand them to all our friends if they need a new roof.
