    Large Roof and Vents

    We have a large house in Georgina and needed a complete roof replacement and added some new vents as well as we had some mold issues. Roof Pro + crew was very clean and not a spec of garbage was left behind. It was a pleasure dealing with Jan and customer service was great and always felt like my business was appreciated. I had quotes ranging from 8,000 from some track and ladder guys to 24,000 from a company in Toronto so it was great to find a reasonable price to have my roof done that was from true professionals - I have learnt many times, the cheapest price might save today but leaks and missing shingles in 6 months is the last thing I want to deal with!!!!

    Two Jobs Well Done!

    The Roof Pro + guys did a fantastic job on our house in Bradford a few years ago. Quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Quality of materials and workmanship were the best! Thank you Frank and the boys. I recently recommended your services to a friend of mine in Queensville. He needed roofing, soffit, facia and downspouts. A big job. He just called me. He\'s thrilled with the job you did on his treasured home. Done in one day. He loved the quality, price, and not a speck of refuse left on his property. It makes me very happy that I recommended you to my best friend! Two jobs well done. Your reputation precedes you!

    Full Roof

    Excellent Quality. Completed the Roof in one day. Normally takes 1 1/2 days to complete a roof of our size. Nice gentlemen, clean language. Safety is number 1 for their employees which is really important. They carry their own insurance so if anything happened we would not be liable. Its was a great experience.

    Complete re-roof of my house

    My initial contact with the company very good. They were timely with their response and answered my questions. The salesman Dave was was very proffessional and help me address my concerns, and provide some very good suggestions. The crew on the other hand seemed much more concerned with how fast they could complete the project, and much less concerned with how well it was completed. There was an an apparent attitude problem with completing some of the work that I had requested. A general reluctance to communicate with a lowly customer. I had asked for ice and water shield to be used in the valleys to avoid potential ice damming problems down the road, which was not installed. The upgraded underlay instead of felt that I had asked for was installed but stopped short of the peak by about 3 rows of shingles. So instead of a complete building envelope I am left with an "open enevelope". Well, in short my overall project vision was addressed by Dave (Thank you), but fell short when it came to completing the actual work. I would NOT reccomend this company. My advice to the crew is something I learned in high school 20 something years ago, "It's attitude, not apptitude". P.S. your welcome for the ice cold water and pop, and the music all day.

As I mentioned during our conversation where you shared with me that you used this vehicle to "vent" your frustrations I wish you had called us directly. You are correct that the synthetic underlayment was not installed all the way to the top of your roof and we deducted the price off the final amount as per your agreement with Dave. As we discussed you have a beautiful new roof, complete with ice and water on the bottom 3" of eaves to protect against ice damming, you have upgraded Maximum vents to ensure proper ventilation throughout your attic areas, a brand new custom skylight, synthetic underlayment from the ice and water up to 2' from the ridge, brand new roof decking, Architectual laminated shingles with ltd. lifetime warranty and a 10 yr written workmanship guarantee to give you peace of mind. (along with all the manufacturers gurantees. Looking at the before and after pictures I believe we have given you the vision that you wanted.     Roofing, eavestroughs, soffit and facia on heritage house

    We engaged RoofPro to replace our roof, soffit, facia and eavestrough on our heritage farm house. The job involved removing old gingerbread, roofing on difficult peaks and flat roof while trying to maintain the heritage look. The colour suggestions that Frank gave enhanced the overall heritage look of our house. All of the various trades people were professional, polite and showed obvious pride, expertise and experience in their respective areas. They completed the complex project in 2 days, and I would highly recommend the RoofPro team for this type of work.

    New Roof

    Roof Pro + Cannington is one of the most professional companies we have worked with. Right from the sale/estimate call from Frank right to the end of the project, Frank's team wa punctual, polite & really knew their business! Our very large roof was complete in two days! Great care was taken with our property. Everything was left spotless. I can't say enough about Frank, his crew & Roof Pro +.

    Roof Repair

    We had our roof done in 2009 by another company. By the fall of 2010 we had a water leak. We called in Roof Pro and they diagnosed the cause as improper installation of the ice and water shield material. They fixed it promptly, for a fair price and it is dry since. This Spring they came and looked at the rest of our roof to report on the ice shield and they did not even charge us. Frank Soule is that rare type in this business, fair, honest and does what he promises. I wish you had 11 star ratings!

    Roof repair/replacement

    My husband and I thought our roof was leaking as puddles of water were found in the garage and the wood in the ceiling of the garage seemed to be quite wet. Roof Pro+ was recommended to us. Frank came, inspected out roof did a minor repair around the vent said that should take care of it and that our roof seemed to be fine. To keep an eye on it and call him back if any further problems. I did notice one other minor thing about a week later about what I thought was another problem. After consulting with someone else Frank called me right back and again it was a minor thing. He knew his work and did not charge me a cent or try to tell us that something needed done which did not. Very much appreciated and it the time comes when we do need major repair/replacement work done we will definately call Roof Pro +. Susan Coursey & Ted Miller

    Roofing

    Roof Pro just finished re-doing our roof and they were a pleasure to deal with. 13 years ago I had the roof of our house done with IKO shingles shortly after moving in. These shingles had a 25 year warranty but lasted only 13 years before falling apart. When I pursued my warranty I was offered about $650 worth of product. No labour and no damages. When I contacted Roof Pro, they were quick to respond and informed me of more than a few shortcomings in the previous work. Their quote was more detailed, contained considerably more benefits, offered a much better materials and came in at a much better price. A great experience all the way around. Highly reccomended!

    New roof

    Roof Pro + was a fantastic company to work with. We had nearly 10 quotes done on our roof and out of all the companies we spoke with we had no hesitations choosing Roof Pro +. When Frank came to quote us he was one of only 2 companies that came in and spent time going over everything with us. He was knowledgable and thorough and extremely easy to deal with. The team that showed up to do the actual job were also a great group of guys - very polite and pleasant. They did an exceptional job replacing the roof and cleaning up the yard after they were done. We were pleased to see that they moved everything away from the house and covered the bay windows and doors of both ours and our neighbour's house before beginning work. We do not hesitate to recommend Roof Pro +.
