    Washer

    After a call to set up the appointment Matthew arrived at the promised time (actually a few minutes early) He was then quick to diagnose the problem with my washer. Matthew deemed the problem too expensive to repair considering the age of the appliances so he recommended we buy a new one (this is pretty much what I suspected before his visit but it was good to get a confirmation) After this Matthew spend quite some time educating me about the causes of the damage to my washer and recommending a store for my next purchase. I felt that he went beyond the call of duty for a "regular" repairman - which just proves that he's not your regular repair guy. Would definitely recommend Pro Appliance to my friends.

    Frigidaire fridge

    actual score 9.9 Fridge was leaking water, Mathew diagnosed the problem right away and resolved the clog in drain, was professional, fast and gave good advice. We would definately call again if the need arises, Ps. $hot of 'nitro' to clean bit pricey but worked well, hence score 9.9

    Fridge Repair

    Extremely happy with our repair service. Prompt return of our phone message. Easy to book appointment. Repairman arrived on time. Very informative, and helpful. Honest with appraisal. Have used this company before and always been extremely happy.

    Refrigerator Repair

    Excellent service. Was very quick to repsond to my call and showed up early for both scheduled appoints. Was very efficient once the work began. Extremely personable and friendly technician. In all honesty I'm not really sure how much better this service call could have been. I had a fridge that was not work, they came promptly, figured out the problem within 5 minutes, got back to me in 2 days and installed the new part. Works perfectly. I'll definitely call Pro Appliance again for future service. Thanks!

    Refrigerator

    Excellent service from Matthew and Pro Appliance. Prompt, knowledgeable, honest and fair. Freezer was not holding temperature. I called Pro Appliance at 8:00am Thursday morning and Matthew was at my house at 8:40am the same morning. Matthew quickly accessed the situation and provided instructions on how to rectify the problem. I have been dealing with Matthew and Pro Appliance for many years and they have never let me down! I strongly suggest using Pro Appliance and Matthew if needed

    Kenmore Washing Machine

    Matthew was punctual and extremely efficient. I could not believe how quickly he diagnosed the problem and fixed the machine. I highly recommend Pro Appliance and will contact this company again if I ever have a problem with an appliance.

    Repair Washer

    I had Matthew from Pro Appliance out to my home after my Washing machine was not working. A Part needed to be ordered and within a few days my washing machine was working. My Mother and I have been using Pro Appliance for years and we have always given out their number to friends and family. They are honest and reliable and reasonable priced compared to other repair organizations. I would highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

    Washing Machine

    I called Pro Appliance after being ripped off by another company. They are truly professionals. They diagnosed the problem, made me aware of how much the part was going to be and installed it for me within a couple of days. Honest and professional company. I would recommend them 100%

    fridge repair

    My three year old fridge was making a very loud vibrating sound intermittently that was annoying, disruptive and definitely getting worse. On inspection you could clearly see the area vibrating and feel the whole area shake. Soon the temp controls were malfunctioning as well, all related to the motor. When contacted the company was willing to send out someone with the correct part, ensuring a single visit would suffice. The repairman, Matthew, was extremely punctual, courteous, efficient and professional.Even getting stuck on the ice in my driveway he remained calm and cool, apologizing for any inconvenience and thanking me profusely for the de icing salt. I would not hesitate to call them again, and refer them without reservation.

    Whirlpool Dishwasher

    I found this company online and based on good reviews, gave them a try. A service man - Mathew, arrived same-day as called and noted the problem. He called me back within a couple of hours with a quote to replace the part (which included the service). I checked with a competitor for pricing, and found the price to be in line. The part was installed within 2 days. I was very happy with the price, promptness and professionalism of both Mathew and the company. I will definitely use them again. Thank You!
