    Kitchen faucet and toilet replacement

    Plumber Kevin was very courteous, hard working and professional. After his thorough examination of the problems some recommendations were offered. Assessment of parts, labour and price was agreed upon and the work was completed within a few hours. With the present pandemic situation all sanitary precautions were observed and I did not have to leave my home to shop for the new toilet and kitchen faucet and parts because Kevin took care of that for me. I am very happy with the excellent and efficient service received.

    Kitchen sink not draining.

    Greg arrived on time and provided an excellent and service from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend this company, and if you and up with Greg, you are in safe hands.

    Sump Pump Replacement

    I called Mr. Rooter to have my sump-pump replaced, and the service was exceptional. The front desk was courteous, informed and responsive. The technicians were professional, competent and thorough; taking the time to explain what needed to be fixed, the associated cost, and working diligently until the job was completed. A special thanks to Kevin Greenwood, for his stellar work-ethic, friendly demeanor and technical expertise. Five stars well deserved.

    Clear blockage and install clean-out under kitchen sink

    Paul from Mr. Rooter arrived timely and completed the job efficiently, carefully and well (as far as I can see). He took care to clean-up afterwards to leave the area in the same condition as when he arrived. My sink has never drained so well! I would definitely recommend Paul and Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

    Clearing Blockage of Sanitary Sewer Line

    The technician, Paul, did an excellent job identifying the cause of the blockage and clearing it. He provided a video of the sewer line showing the location of tree roots that contributed to the problem. He was courteous and careful, and explained in detail what the issue was and what the options are to rectify it. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided.

    Toilet flange replacement and build up

    While putting away Christmas décor, discovered a leak in crawl space. Receive great service from the call in to ask for help, to the arrival of Kevin. He was very knowable and has a very pleasant personality. I feel like we were well taken care of. We have used Mr Rooter for years an intend to keep doing so. They are our plumber.

    Plumbing/drainage

    I was provided with excellent plumbing/drainage service by Greg from Mr. Rooter Ottawa. The work and the steps involved were explained throughout the process. I would recommend his and the company's services.

    Basement drains cleared

    Drains gurgling for a while Paul explained the process before starting Found little bits of the blockage, removed Explaining as he worked Cleaning everything up and sanitized when he was done

    Dripping basement faucet

    Very good job done by Jeremy. Very easy to talk with and professional. Went to nearby store for what he needed. Will call them in the future if needed. Than you!

    Hydro Scrub Main Sewer - remove blockage and roots

    Sewer backup in basement shower and floor drain. Paul Upper of Mr. Rooter arrived and assessed situation and clearly explained options, solution, and costs. Resolved issue and supplied video recording of before and after work in sewer lateral. Paul and his assistant maintained a clean work environment and followed covid-19 protocols which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to my friend and neighbors.
