    Sump drain backup

    Preventive flushing of sump drain. Professionally performed by Lucas. Situation well explained and possible long term solutions discussed. The preventive maintenance will prevent a lot of headaches down the road.

    Full cleanout of pipe

    Mitch from Mr. Rooter did a splendid job in explaining the plumbing issue, offering full cleanout with advantages, was courteous and respectful, listened carefully, addressed all my questions and cleaned up thoroughly... loved his work ethics and the ease with which we dealt with other company representatives prior to the actual visit. Super happy with results... thank you!

    Outdoor Drain Issue

    Technician Luca was great! He was professional and thorough in helping us to properly diagnose our drain issue. Thanks to him, we now know what the problem is and how to move forward to resolve it. Time and money well spent! Thank you.

    Unclogging very slow running laundry tub

    I had a very slow running laundry tub. Within an hour or so, Paul Upper, the service technician, had resolved the issue. He was very professional, patient with my questions and efficient. He offered different options to address my problem. Thank you for the good work.

    Plugged drains in basement - minor flooding

    I always call Mr. Rooter when I have any plumbing problems! I request the same Technician, Corey, each time as he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He always shows sincere concern for my plumbing issues and remembers past visits and outcomes, which helps him to determine and solve any current problems. His level of customer service is outstanding and I'm made to feel that Mr. Rooter truly values my business! I would recommend that anyone needing Plumbing services should call Mr. Rooter! And request Corey if he's in your area :)

    Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Aqua-Protec Backflow Prevention Valve

    After 15 months of trouble-free operation, our Aqua-Protec sewer backflow prevention valve system starting having infrequent false triggering of a sewer backflow. After superb remote support from the device manufacturer AND Mr. Rooter, the problem was not totally resolved. A Mr. Rooter technician came to investigate and determine the root cause of the problem. This was done thoroughly, quickly and professionally and the issue was easily resolved. Further onsite investigation also ruled out potential contributing factors such as tree roots in the main drain. There was NO charge for this service call. The next day the technician forwarded a copies of the videos inside the pipes taken during the visit. All my interactions with Mr. Rooter in Ottawa have been of the utmost professionalism and honesty. I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing job. JM

    Complete blockage Kitchen drain

    Our Kitchen sink was completely blocked. We called and a technician was sent that afternoon. He explained options and costs up front. Extremely professional and courteous and our problem was soon resolved. Thanks Lucas! There is no way we could have fixed this problem ourselves. You have our future business for sure!
