    Drain Cleaning

    Jody from Mr Rooter was just very professional. He arrived on time and cleared up the drain problem right away. I will definitely not hesitate to call your company in future.

    repair sink in kitchen.

    Leaking toilet.

    We had called Mr. Rooter late in the afternoon yesterday and they already had someone come first thing this morning. We were very impressed with Jody's professionalism. He was very courteous and efficient. He took his time to explain to us what the problem was. We will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter again for any future plumbing issues. Thank you Jody!

    Clogged Kitchen Sink

    Mr. Rooter sent us Philippe who was very professional and resolved the problem quickly. He was polite and friendly and left us with a very good impression. After having had a bad experience with another plumbing company, we will stick with Mr. Rooter for any possible future need of plumbing services.

    Valve replacements

    Outdoor valves for hoses were leaky. John K performed a thorough inspection of the entire house and proactively suggested we also install a valve to the main line at a better position given the deteriorating state of the old valve near the floor. Good professionnal service. John K was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. So far 3rd time we do business with Rooter, and we are always impressed with the quality of the work.

    Service

    I was unable to clear a basement floor drain. I called Mr. Rooter and they arrived within minutes! They gave a cost estimate with two options. I chose the snake option first to clear the clog. This was unsuccessful and I went with the high pressure water flushing. This solved the problems. Ryan, the plumber, was very professional and made sure every thing was working perfectly before he left. Thanks to Mr. Rooter and his team and we will not hesitate to use them again if needed. Hopefully not!!!!!

    Awesome service

    My sewer pipe clogged up. Called Mr Rooter and dispatcher Dave was very sympathetic to my problem. Being a Sunday, he told me there would be a wait but that he would try and see if he could get someone over sooner. Within 3 hours Guy Gratton showed up. A very knowledgeable and pleasant young man. Although he suspected the cause, he was very thorough in his examination, explained the problem and also the various costs depending on the solution. He was bang on in determining the problem and was able to fix it for the lower cost. As well he took the time to explain what he was doing. I am a very satisfied customer and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

    Bathroom plumbing

    I was very impressed with the quick service efficiency and professionalism of Guy who came and did the plumbing jobs in my bathrooms. He was very courteous helpful and efficient and I would recommend the company and Guy very highly to any of my friends.

    Replace outside water faucet

    Philippe Sabourin performed the work. He was very professional and explained each step and completed the job in a timely manner. He also gave me instructions for winterizing the faucet. A very good experience.

    Excellent Service

    Mr. Rooter came to my family's rescue within hours of my call. Our sewer line backed up and John came in to deal with it in a professional manner. We really appreciated his frankness and ability to answer all our questions. We would recommend them.
