    copper line replacement

    John arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in a very professional and efficient way, everything was explained to me prior to the job being performed, including the price breakdown. The house plumbing check was very helpful and was included in price. John was very friendly and readily provided answers to all my questions. Would trust John with any future plumbing job in the house. P.S. If you are looking for a cheap resolution of a plumbing issue (if there is such thing) , this company may not be for you.

    Broken Faucet

    Great service on a holiday weekend. Mr. Rooter called back within minutes of requesting an email quote, and a tech (Marc-Andre) arrived within an hour of the call - even for a non-emergency! Marc-Andre quickly and professionally explained the situation and fixed the broken faucet.

    Clogged kitchen drain line - far from the kitchen

    Great service on a holiday weekend. Had John Kent as the service tech. Knowledgeable, fast, efficient, friendly and clean work. Scoped before and after to ensure a thorough job. Actually needed less and cost less than I first thought. Clog was farther down line than could be reached by anyone without professional equipment. Highly recommended and would hope to get John again if ever had drain issues again!

    Bathroom and lichen sink

    Had a bathroom leak. I called Mr Rooters and their plumber John Kent was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed it. He was awesome. Very talented at what he does. The dispatcher Dave was very helpful as well kept me informed about when the plumber was going to show up. The service was great.

    fixing bathroom plumbing

    john was extremely pleasant and went out of his way to be helpful, even providing a service that was not charged. I would have given it all a ten but my first evening appointments was cancelled, and this was the second time this has happened. still this is a very good company with fabulous staff.

    Plumbing, Jewelry Retrieval

    I recently had some plumbing work done by Ryan of Mr. Rooter. The service I received from both the company, and Ryan were excellent. Not only was he courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable, but he was able to locate my engagement ring, which I feared had been irretrievably lost! I could not have asked for better service, and I would absolutely recommend both Mr. Rooter, but specifically Ryan to anyone needing plumbing services. Thanks again!

    Locating bad smell in basemnt

    Drain blocked in basement

    Very good service by Marc-Andre Pigeon He was French and very polite friendly and humorous. Very clean, explained various steps of his duties as he was doing them. Thanks a lot Marc.

    Bathroom plumbing issues

    I have hired this company 3 times- always great service. We just used Dave for a bathroom problem. He was awesome. Very personable, competent, funny, answered all our questions, and fixed the issue as well as giving us some helpful advice on other plumbing questions in the house.

    Fantastic Service

    Great Service! As a new landlord I called Mr.Rooter to fix a clogged drain. They called the tenants (and me! at my request) before they arrived. They quoted the job before proceeding and they fixed the problem. Dave (the plumber) called after and was really great at explaining what he did and even provided photos! I would call them again for sure! Very efficient!
