    blocked kitchen sink

    We are very satisfied with the technician's expert knowledge, efficient work, honesty, and courteousness. He worked hard and used some special equipment to unclog the kitchen sink pipeline. Liquids had been draining poorly and this had gotten progressively worse over the past month. We recommend their services.

    toilet flapper not functioning

    My experience was excellent from the first phone call to explain my toilet situation , to making an appointment, to the service person Ryan arriving for the appointment. Ryan showed me and explained in detail the options for solving the situation. I chose to get a new toilet, again the styles were explained. A date was chosen and we now have a new toilet. Ryan is a very polite, pleasant easy to talk to person who cleaned up all of his equipment.

    Clogged kitchen sink

    Riley arrived, went over our options, gave us a quote and then proceeded to complete the job. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend Mr Rooter. They answered my email very quickly and had a technician to our house the next day.

    Jeff, a Knowledgeable and courteous technician

    Our garage drain was clogged. Jeff came and inspected thoroughly and figured out the problem. Fortunately it wasn't a very big problem. Jeff was very honest about it and fixed it a very short time.

    Kitchen Drain Pipe Blockage

    The technician (Riley) showed up on time and once he did the initial investigation clearly explained the options and costs up front. The work was performed efficiently, thoroughly and respectfully. Problem solved. Very happy with Mr. Rooter service. Well done.

    drainage issues with toilet and shower

    Great service! Guys were on time; took the necessary steps to evaluate the problem; recommended a solution and had it all done in about an hour and a half. Friendly, personable service that was great. Thanks you!

    Sewer problem

    I had a sewer back up in the basement. Kevin arrived as arranged. After scoping the drain, he discovered the problem and worked diligently to repair it over about 6 hours. An excellent technician, very personable and courteous. I was very pleased with the reslult.

    Kitchen sink clearing

    Very professional service Kevin was early on time. He looked at the problem explained thoroughly to me what are my options with pricing. He completed the work and resolved the issue in less then an hour. Very pleant thech and company to deal with

    Kitchen plumbing

    I had a leak in the piping in my kitchen cupboards. I called Mr. Rooter and was given an appointment for the very next morning. The technician showed up (Kevin) and gave me assessment of the situation. He was very professional and was able to fix the problem within an hour. I was extremely satisfied both with the work and the technician. I will absolutely use this company again.
