Mr. Rooter was recommended to me by a neighbour who had extensive work done and a good experience. My job was also going to be extensive and expensive. I was quite satisfied that I got value for money. Their planning process worked through several approaches, examining costing, technical difficulty, timing and impact on neighbours. Work was delivered on time and within budget. The team took a clear and deserved sense of pride in the high quality of workmanship. Cooperation and teamwork among the workers and management was exemplary. The project manager advised on how to secure the required permits (my responsibility as a cost savings effort). Communications were excellent. For example, before the crew arrived on any particular day, I was advised by a messaging app who was coming and when.

Technician Jeff arrived on time and after assessing the problem was able to arrange for technician Mitch to come within the hour with the necessary equipment. Even though the blockage was major and the drain was over 200 feet, they were able to clear it and did not leave until they were sure that everything worked properly. I was impressed at how professional and knowledgeable they were. I have frequently used Mr Rooter’s services and have always been very satisfied and that is why I continue to deal with this company.

I highly recommend this company. When I contacted them this morning the receptionist looked after booking a plummer to come out and look at the toilet which was running and not filling up the tank. Bruce the plummer took a look at it. It was an easy fix I thought we would have to change the toilet and he said it is still working well just needed a little adjustment. Thank you Bruce for the excellent service if needing a plummer again I will contact this company. Marie

Paul came to our place promptly this morning and did an outstanding job replacing 3 fixtures in our house. He also took the time to review our overall water system. The job was completed on time and with no issues. Thanks Paul for the great work.

Our water bill had mysteriously increased so we called Mr. Rooter to investigate if there was a leak somewhere. They had provided an expert team a few years before for a major renovation. Brandon arrived promptly and very quickly determined that there was a leak from a toilet tank causing water to flow continuously into the bowl. He adjusted the fill level arm which resolved the issue. He checked all of the toilets in the house and provided advice on when to consider replacing the running toilet. We were amazed to find that our invoice was for a courtesy call, it is such a pleasure to be able to rely on such a professional firm for all our plumbing needs!

I called in the late morning and Bruce arrived in the early afternoon to get the job done. He was very professional, wore a mask and cleaned up afterwards. Great job Bruce! Thanks
