    Basement leak

    A fantastic service done by very reliable people. Couldn't have found a better insulation company if I ever tried. They finished insulating in my attic and they did an amazing job. They were also great people to talk to and I will definitely be calling them back if i ever need any insulation service done.

    Great experience and very professional

    I was very happy with the work. They were very professional and left the site spotless after they were finished. Mario was great and made sure that I was happy with the work while it was in progress

    Crack repair

    I researched internet a lot and thanks to good reviews I contacted MMT. The Mario was quick to visit, very knowledgeable, even inspected all walls from inside and outside around the house. Explained in detail what could be done and answered all my questions. The job was done in month, due to weather delays they have to move our scheduled job date. At last it took them just 4 hours to dig in and apply all necessary repairs/waterproofing. Clean up was good, no mess left around. We highly recommend MMT Waterproofing!

    Basement Waterproofing

    Mario and his team waterproofed my basement that was experiencing some moisture and water leakage. I spoke to other companies but in the end I chose MMT because Mario was very insightful, responsive and knowledgeable about the process. Mario explained the work that was to be done in great detail. They did work on the outside and inside to ensure our water issue was resolved. Mario and his team showed up on time, worked very professionally and made sure to clean up both inside and outside after finishing. I highly recommend this company for any waterproofing work. Thank you to Mario and his team for everything, keep up the good work!

    waterproofing foundation

    Mario and his company gets 5 star review 1) excellent work 2) great clean up 3) keeping his time and word 4) very professional and 4) clear communication 5) full responsibility for all work they do. Mario came in explained what he will do. His explanation of the whole process was easy to understand. He and his team kept up the promise of date and fully covered my back yard and cleaned up after without leaving any trace of any debris and garbage. He also put the stairs to deck togehter without breaking any of it. He was very professional and very responsive. Mario is a perfect gentleman who knows his job and gets it done as promised. I wish I could hire him for other needs. I am his customer for life and he has even agreed to top up gravel if the level drops in a year as earth shifts. No one should have any hesitation in hiring Mario as their foundation and concrete contractor.

    Waterproofing cold room

    The company did a great job waterproofing our cold room (obvious signs of water leakage and moisture when we moved into the home) and Mario was very thorough with the details in his estimate. Team was friendly and efficient. My only feedback is that the clean up could have been more thorough otherwise they did a great job.

    Very Happy

    I called Mario in a panic after discovering mold and water damage in the middle of a renovation. He gave me some great advice over the phone and came for an estimate on the next business day. He explained the problem and went over all my options including what rebates I could receive. I booked him to do a mix of internal and external waterproofing which included a sump pump. He showed up with his crew when he said he would and did an excellent job that only took 2 days. The workers were great and cleaned up when they were done. I am so glad that I made MMT my first call. Highly recommended.

    Jenny and Pierre (Basement Waterproofing)

    Mario and his team did a very nice job. We are pleased and impressed with the work but most importantly, with the customer service Mario provides. He's very detailed, organized and can be easily reached. Mario was more than happy to answer all questions my husband and I had to ensure my mother's basement waterproofing met our expectations. All around, this was a very good experience and would happily refer them both for their workmanship and customer service.

    Foundation Crack Repair

    MMT is the company to go with if you’re looking for waterproofing services! I tried to fix a foundation crack from the inside without success - so I called MMT. When Mario came, I knew I wouldn’t have to call anyone else to fix the crack. He was very knowledgeable and explained what the options were and the job in detail. His quote was quite reasonable. Can’t say enough about the hard-working MMT team who hand-dug the outside area in a day! Their clean-up was good and everything was put back in order. MMT will look after you. They certainly have my highest recommendation!

    Foundation Crack Repair

    Ten Years ago, Mario and his team repaired cracks in the basement wall at the side of the house. The repair was well done and so I did not hesitate to call on him once again to repair a crack in the foundation wall at the rear of the property. Back then and at present, Mario and his team did a great job. The work area was well contained and was left clean and tidy in the end. Thank You Mario and the MMT team
