    Basement wall crack

    Mario and team were great. The quote process was straight-forward and the quote was surprisingly cheaper than a few other ones I had gotten. The team came on time, completed the full dig and waterproofing within a day! Excellent work, excellent team, excellent company and customer service! Would definitely recommend to others.

    Weeping tile and Sump pump installation

    We had a problem in our front porch foundation cracks and movement appeared in the side walls MMC WATERPROOFI was able to lay wheeling tiles. And a powerful sump pump which eleminates the water collection in the foundation area so effectively stopped freezing and thawing in the front porch foundation area. - MMC did an excellent job.

    Waterproofing

    Mario and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! We interviewed a few different companies and felt most comfortable and confident with Mario and we’re so glad we went with MMT.     Exterior waterproofing

    Very reliable and honest company. True to their word, strict on deadlines but flexible to accommodate client needs. After signing the contract with them I had an emergency and needed the work to be done urgently - they shuffled their schedule and to come in right away and didn’t ask for extra money. They proved to be professional, efficient and communicative. Thank you Robert and Mario! Keep up the good work

    Great company and great people.

    Mario is a fantastic person to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. More importantly, he cares. He explains what needs to be done and works with you to come up with the best solution. He provides a quality of service that is not common today. The crew who came in to do the work were friendly and professional. They provided good quality work and service and ensured we were happy with what was done. After they finished their work, they cleaned up well and left our property in good condition. With this company you will not only receive good work, but peace of mind, and that is important too.

    Waterproofing excellence!

    After obtaining many quotes, I chose to go with Mario at Mmt waterproofing. Mario was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly lay out various options to address our problem. His proposed solution was practical and modest in scope, whereas other companies quoted a scope and expense beyond what was required. When they arrived to perform the work, Mario’s team was efficient and professional. They were very neat in their work. I would definitely recommend them for a project, big or small.

    Waterproofing

    MMT did everything they promised to do in their detailed quote. They will even come back in the Spring to grade the soil. Now my parents don’t have to worry about water leaking into their basement.

    Leaking Basement

    Had a leaking basement the last few years and Mario came to take a look. He immediately saw the problem and only fixed what needed to be. His crew were fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Waterproofing Foundation

    Mario of MMT was great, fastest to come and quote job. Best price of all other contractors. 26' waterproofing foundation corner of house. Excellent workmanship. Big thanks to Patrick and his crew, job well done.

    Crack Repairs

    We contacted MMT after getting two other quotes from other companies that were very expensive . Mario from MMT showed up on time, reviewed our issues and help identifying where our leaks were. He made recommendations on what needed to be repaired and provided us with quote well below the other two. His price was more in line with what we expected. Unlike the other two companies there was no pressure to sign up. . We decided to go with MMT and no money was asked up front. MMT showed up within the time frame they said. They called a couple of days before to confirm the date they would arrive. Mario showed up with the crew and reviewed the work we agreed to both with us and the crew. The crew was very professional and did the repairs in the time frame indicated. When finished the job site was cleaned up an they checked with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction before they left. MMT was very friendly and l professional to work with a d I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them again
