    Internal waterproofing

    Mario and his crew did an excellent job with my waterproofing project. Mario was very responsive, offered a fair and came at the stated times. His team were very hardworking, my place has several steps which added to the effort involved but he didn't charge extra! I would highly recommend Mario and team

    External Waterproofing on cinder block - 1977 home

    Our family researched waterproofing our home for 2+ years. We had quotes & ideas which ranged from 26,000 & 40,000 which included pouring unnecessary new external walls, ‘snaking’ pipes, dismantling internal structures, putting the house on stilts. To say we were discouraged is an understatement. But then, we found Mario & his crew at MMT. From the moment we met Mario we knew he was being 100% honest with us due to the information we had gathered from previous contractors, especially through what he didn’t have to say. Mario was straight to the point in regards to the external waterproofing our home needed, including the removal of a concrete pad and walkway & what the job entailed to get it done, matching the conclusions we had drawn through our own research. A huge sigh of relief. The job itself began and ended in record time due to the MMT crew. A group of guys I witnessed work consistently & thoroughly. Showing up the day following a snow storm was a sure sign. Almost 30 hours of jack hammering & 9 days of digging, waterproofing & back filling. Rest assured that MMT is where 2+ years of researching waterproofing companies will lead you. Thank you to Mario and especially the crew.

    What more can you ask

    We had 2 walls done recently, but one was under our deck. Of all the quotes, they were the only ones who said that they would dig underneath. Which they did, no problem. We have had a lot of rain since and it is held up nicely. The clean up was good. The next day there WAS a spot that caved in, but they came the next day and filled it in. And next spring they will be back to do a complete regrading to fix any settling. The crew was friendly and helpful if we had questions. Robert and Mario were very good and patient with our many questions. Definitely recommend them.

    Waterproofing, exterior

    The MMT team quoted quickly and reasonably, followed up on my questions and started on time. They worked hard, long days. Our house is in a very tight site downtown and they were able to work around that. They tarped and protected fences and walls while they dug. During the sump install inside they were respectful and quite tidy. We are waiting until spring to finish the concrete topping, but to date we have been happy with MMT and would recommend them to friends.

    Waterproofing

    MMT Waterproffing was the 4th company I called to get an estimate. Mario from MMT was the only person who CLEARLY explained what was occurring with my basement leak, why it happened, and what their steps are to fix the leak. I can't fully express how comfortable I felt after Mario's visit. The work was very efficient, I fixed a leak on the side of the house and make a drain system in my back cement patio that was against the house. The work was completed on time and without any issues. The pricing was very competitive and I am very pleased of the workmanship. I am so pleased I referred Mario and MMT to my dad which will be completing work at his home in the next few weeks and am also looking at referring to my father in law. Very Happy!

    Crack repair and basement waterproofing

    Mario was wonderful to deal with. He explained everything that was needed to be done and what to expect after the job was completed. His company did the crack repairs in a very timely fashion. His prices were also extremely fair. An excellent job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend MMT Waterproofing.

    Basement exterior waterproofimg

    Mario came by on short notice and went over all the pros and cons of different options thoroughly. We decided to go with his company because of his knowledge and time he took with us to explain. Our house is a walk out and wasnt a huge job so the willingness to work with us was great. His team showed up when he said they would. They finished when he said they would. They cleaned up, and came back to re level the area. Mario was always in contact with us. Highly recommend this company. While I am pleased that our house is no longer leaking, i wish we had more reasons to use this company again. We will, if needed. They also did not ask me or my wife to post this review like some companies do. Cheers to Mario and team, Warm regards, Nicole and Kyle

    Foundation Repair

    MMT was great to work with! They were thorough in their assessment of the problem and patient in answering all our questions. They were punctual, mindful of our neighbours and flexible with our schedule when completing the job. We're very happy with the result and would work with Mario and team again!

    Foundation repair - indoors and outdoors

    Two properties had issues, one required outside foundation repair, down to the footing, replacement of weeping tile, hook into the storm drain, waterproofing, foundation wall crack repairs. The second property required work on the inside, with a tie in to sewage pump. Mario and his crew came on time, took care of the job, clean things up once done, left both properties in decent shape. I would have no problem recommending his service.

    External waterproofing

    We had about half of our downtown semi waterproofed from the outside. From the day they. Came to quote us until final inspection, the were very friendly and professional, and their pricing was competitive. They finished on time and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend.
