I hired MMT Waterproofing to complete 90 linear feet of external waterproofing (depth of 4 feet) and to dig a sump pit in my basement. Robert and his team did excellent work and completed the job in 4 days. Of all the companies I talked to, MMT had the most comprehensive waterproofing process and also was the most reasonably priced. I appreciated the fact that pictures were taken throughout the process and sent to me when requested. I also appreciated the quick responses to my inquiries from both Robert and Magdalena, who works in the office. I would have no hesitation in recommending MMT waterproofing to my friends and family.

After calling a few companies to come take a look at my foundation issue as water was getting into my basement, i was most impressed with MMT Waterproofing. They came out the next day and wrote out a free estimate within minutes. The job was completed with no issues and no mess at the end!! Great job overall.

Saw these guys had strong rating on homestars and called them, they called me back shortly after. Scheduled a quote, they were on time and professional, the owner's wife came out with one worker and he was polite and professional. Seemed very honest about the best way to resolve basement water leak from crack in foundation on outside. He explained the process, quote very reasonable, I got the work done in March, surprised they could do it this early. He showed me when they dug to the bottom, all the material used and weeping tile replaced. 25 year guarantee. Did not hesitate to put cement on inside of crack when I asked and another crack on other side that was not leaking, however needed this done as I will be refinishing basement with new insulation on wall. Would strongly recommend. No problems so far, thank you again job well done.

Mario and his crew did an excellent job! The work was completed about 9 months ago and our basement has been bone-dry ever since. These are hard working people: Not only did they dig around the whole house by hand, but they also got removed an overgrown evergreen bush that covered a 25' wall' an old 20'/12' deck; and roughly 30 3'/3' patio stones.

After getting a small amount of water in my basement following a big rain, i got quotes from 6 waterproofing companies. All companies proposed similar solutions using similar product with similar guarantees but MMT provided the best value for the service so i chose to work with them. In 4 days They hand dug 77 ft outside my foundation, installed a weeping tile system, parged my foundation walls before appling two coats of aquablok, with yellow jacket mesh, and then covering it all up with dimpleboard. On the inside they dug a hole for a sump pit and installed a sump pump with a backup battery and pump. The jobsite was left clean,and they even provided some extra services like fixing a rotten fence 4by 4 and replanting all my shrubs. Only time will tell how well the waterproofing holds up but after seeing the quality of work im confident that the basement will stay dry permanently.

MMT Waterproofing did a fantastic job waterproofing the basement of my 1922 Toronto house, as well as cement parging the above ground basement wall. They were very respectful, diligent and competitive with pricing. They cleaned up the site beautifully and were very responsive to my questions. They delivered above my expectations and I highly recommend them. I was quoted by several companies and I am so happy I selected them. Thank you team for doing great work!

Damir, Robert and the crew were extremely helpful to deal with. I had several quotes and these guys came in the most reasonable and knowledgeable. I liked that they weren't pushy and that they listened to what I wanted. They completed the job in 3 days and left the site very clean. The guys laid weeping tile at the base of my foundation (90 year old house), filled in all the cracks and put membrane on the brick. I was able to witness the quality of the work and they are highly recommended.

Thank you MMT for a wonderful job. We had a what looked like a small crack from the inside in the basement so we flipped flopped on getting the injection process or have it repaired from the outside. Lucky we had MMT do the repair as the crack was much larger than we thought. Mario and his crew said if we did have the injection process done that it would have leaked within a couple of years. These guys worked super hard and cleaned up the entire area cleaner than it was before. Thanks again guys for great job.

A very professional company. Did the work in a timely fashion, even though one of them was hospitalized. I am happy with their work. Came immediately when there was a minor problem.

Company representative, Mario, was quick to respond to my contact and equally quick to diagnose the problem and solution for my leaking basement. Work took four days and a bit and went smoothly and efficiently, the site left neat and clean. Mario and other reps were quick to address my concerns and requested changes as they arose. It's been less than a week but I look forward to a dry basement come rain or melting snow and am confident MMT will be there in the future should they be needed.
