    Foundation crack repair

    Mario and the MMT team fixed a small crack in the foundation of my home back in the fall of 2022. Mario was quick to come out to provide a free estimate and took the time to show me the problem and explain in detail how he would fix it. His team came out in a timely manner to fix the issue and we havent had any problems with water coming into our basement since. Mario is very professional and genuinely cares about the work that him and his team do. I would highly recommend this company and I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again if I should ever have another issue with my home.

    Basement waterproofing

    Mario and his team did an excellent job. Very reasonable price and highly recommended. Very clean and no derbies left on the grass or yard.

    Excellent Job

    I could not be more satisfied with Mario and his crew. I hired him to externally waterproof my leaky basement. He did a wonderful job and delivered as promised, within the quoted timeframe. His work even got compliments from the company I later hired to remove the mold from my basement. Mario stands by his work and warranty. Some of the soil around the area sank a bit a year later and he promptly sent somebody to fix it. On another occasion, Mario personally came out to help me troubleshoot my eavestroughs! I cannot recommend Mario enough. He was there to help me through my stressful, leaky basement issues.

    repair of the crack in the basement

    We've discovered a leak in the basement during the winter. Our neighbors gave us MMT's contact because they were happy with waterproofing job that was done for them. Mario responded and arrived quickly, he identified the crack and gave us a reasonable quote for repair. We had to wait for the wormer times so guys can dig around the house. On the discussed date Mario and guys arrived on time, the job was done very professionally and was completed on the same day. Our backyard was left very clean and we hardly can tell that any excavation was performed.

    Waterproofing and Sump pump Installation

    Mario was a referral from a family member that project manages renovations. We had him waterproof our home and install a sump pump. He was very informative and he even helped us save money by obtaining all the qualified government rebates we could get. His quote is very competitive and his workmanship is top quality. Hes a hard worker and provides exceptional service. Mario is also very nice, respectful, honest and all around a great person. I would absolutely recommend him. Just call him!     Waterproofing basement

    Mario is a great guy who is very professional, reliable and super friendly. Unlike some other companies, he was very patient to explain the details of the project and gave me a quite reasonable quote. His team worked fast and efficient. I am also very grateful that they put the patio stones back and will come back for one free regrading. This is one of the most attractive services MMT offers. I definitely would recommend MMT to anyone I know.

    Excellent work with excellent prices

    Installation of a sump pump with battery back up, as well as emergency pressure release system. Mario was fantastic. I received quotes from other companies literally thousands of dollars higher than what he quoted, and he did an amazing job. Very easy to contact by phone. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. Would 100% recommend him.

    Basement Interior Waterproofing

    What began as a very stressful experience -flooded finished room in our basement- ended up as long term fix that has provided us peace of mind. All credit goes to Mario and his team. After listening to our story and concern, Mario offered a solution that worked for our family. We are happy that we decided to go with MMT Waterproofing and I would recommend MMT to anyone. I can't say enough about the customer service. At no point did I feel like we were being upsold which is very important to me. Mario explained the process and then executed exactly what he said he would. I trust that if there ever is an unforeseen issue, Mario will be there for us because he has been a total man of his word.     Drainage repair for window well/basement

    Mario right from my initial call was amazing. I had a basement leak problem due to poor drainage from the window well and was panicking during the wet spring season. He gave me great advice over the phone on how to deal with flooding until he could come and look. Very caring and professional. He and his team did an excellent job and were so positive and happy the entire day through this labour intensive project. Fair price and honest. Highly recommend!
