    Foundation waterproofing

    Contracted MMT waterproofing twice now on two different properties for foundation repair and waterproofing. Thoroughly pleased with their work and the service. Mario is highly skilled, knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommended.

    Great job

    Mario was quick to come out and provide an estimate as well as thoroughly explain my options. The team conducting the work were very courteous helping to ensure our rose garden that had to temporarily move, got replanted as it was originally. The work itself looks great and haven't had an issue, but I feel reassurance in knowing Mario and team will help out if I do run into any issues.

    Waterproofing

    Mario and his team were fantastic. Very fast and helpful. He walked us through the entire project and we havent had any water issues since. Would highly recommend!

    Response to 0 star review - weeping tile, basement waterproofing, walkout closeout

    Mario and his team were incredibly quick, professional, and friendly. The neighbour in the laneway house behind my property harassed Mario's team for no reason throughout the project and repeatedly tried to shut down the work site. All work was done up to code which was confirmed both by an independent engineer and city inspector. He raised his voice, threatened to call the police repeatedly, swore, and even resorted to using slurs and physically threatening the workers. Mario and his team remained incredibly patient and professional beyond expectation. He communicated clearly with me every step of the way and did not lose his temper once despite the project taking longer than expected due to the neighbours. I can not recommend this team highly enough. The work was done well, and he worked with me to complete at a price point I could afford as a first time homeowner. They truly go above and beyond. Thank you Mario and team!!

    Amazing, Attentive Basement Waterproofing

    I hired Mario and his team for interior basement waterproofing in March 2023 and MMT did not disappoint. Mario is honest, hard-working and takes the time to explain every step in extreme detail and in an understandable, personable manner. When it was discovered that previous homeowner do-it-yourself renovations did not set concrete footing under our house foundation, Mario proposed solutions to move forward safely and cost-effectively and to discuss his approach with our hired contractors in the future to accommodate a full second floor in our house. Mario has always been quick to respond to any and all questions we've had since the waterproofing as well. The work was very thorough, efficient and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Mario in the future and will give my highest recommendation. MMT was a pleasant surprise!

    Excellent work!

    Im a returning customer. Same old house, MMT has did one side for me on 2020. This summer so many heavy rain, the foundation started leaking on the other side . I called MMT again to do the free estimate. Very clear and detail quotation, fair price. They have the job done within 5 days , did not bother neighbours a lot. Great job, great service, very satisfied. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    Mario and his team were excellent throughout the process! I really appreciated everything from the quote to the final bill. He showed up on time (impressive for contractors these days), walked through everything on the quote clearly, and answered all of my questions patiently. Mario even told me all about Torontos basement flooding subsidy and helped me submit my paperwork. The work itself was done quickly and pain free. I was surprised how quickly they could mobilize and finish. They also left the area clean when they were done, another impressive feat for contractors these days. Overall I was very happy with the team and would highly recommend them.

    Great people to work with

    Mario from MMT Waterproofing is a great guy to work with. He would take a lot of care during inspection and work to make sure your needs are met. His team did an excellent job with the external waterproofing of my home.He will be my go-to referral waterproofing person from now on!

    Basement window well repair

    I had a leak in the basement after one of the major rain storms during the summer. Mario came by for a review and quoted on what needed to be done. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be fixed and why. He spent a lot of time and it was very much appreciated. The guys that came by to do the job were polite and on time. They finished and cleaned up the area without issues. Mario also came by on the same day to make sure everything is fine. I would recommend MMT to any home owner that have problems with basement leaks.

    Quality, Professionalism, Value, Honest

    If I could give MMT/Mario 11 /10 stars I would. They have done foundation repairs outside and in on a couple of jobs. All were done with care, quality and follow-up if needed - leaving us with peace of mind. I would not hesitate in recommending MMT/Mario for waterproofing jobs.
