I definitely did my research for several months and without a doubt, Flavio's price, product, and services were top notch! From the moment my husband and I spoke with Flavio, his customer service was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous, and professional thoughout the entire process of meeting with us, measuring our windows, to the final installation process. I had bought drapery, and i had no equipment to install them, so i called Pro-Tech they were on time and great pricing and they did the job in no time. I would defiantly do recommend them and will use them again in future.

I contacted about 10 or more companies based on reviews on this website to get a quote for Vynil Shutters. I asked for the same brand-name product, and provided the number of windows and all of the dimensions. Flavio called within 30 minutes, and had the quote emailed to me right away. His quote was between $800 - $2500 cheaper than the rest of the quotes we received. He came to our home, took the measurements and we placed the order with him. 3 weeks later our shutters were ready and the technician had them installed in 2.5 hours. We ended up going with the luminaris PerfectView Vynil Shutters, and we simply love them. I would recommend Flavio & Pro-Tech Window Coverings Inc., for their service and great prices.

Pro-Tech have just completed installing vinyl windows throughout my house (17 windows + patio door). I have undertaken major home improvement projects in each of the last 5 years and this has undoubtedly been my most gratifying experience. I found Pro-Tech on Homestars and like a previous reviewer was somewhat skeptical at first but this was one time when all of the praises heaped upon Flavio in these reviews was well deserved. He was professional, courteous, accomodating and had a thorough knowledge of his product. Throughout the process, he offered helpful and constructive advice. Doug, the installer was obviously an expert in this field. As far as the price was concerned, Flavio indicated in his intial phone call that he would match any reasonable quote which is exactly what he did. Flavio, it has been a pleasure doing this project with and I wish you and your company evry success in the future.

At first I was skeptical of all of these good reviews. It seemed too good to be true, but now I understand why. Flavio is an honest business man. The price he quoted me was the price that he honoured. There were no hidden costs. It was also by far the best price compared to other companies that quoted me. Flavio provided top quality service from his quick and prompt e-mail replies to Doug's great work with the installation. They were both puntual, polite, and professional. My wife and I are very happy with their work! The shutters look awesome. Go with Flavio and you can't go wrong. We would recommend him to anyone.

We were looking to install roll-up shades for our new downtown condo which had floor to ceiling windows....and we needed them fast! Flavio made it happen! He gave us a good price and was the ony vendor who was willing to place a rush order. As promised we got our shades on time. They were installed quickly and easily. A wrong set of shades came for one of the windows- Flavio quickly ordered a new one, and we didnt have to pay for it until after it was installed. We're very happy with the quality of product and service!

I work for a social service agency and we have been using Pro-Tech Window Coverings for over four years. During this time we have only used Pro-Tech Window Coverings for our thirty group home locations. Whenever a call is placed to Flavio and his team, they are there the next day to meet with us. They have installed blinds for over twenty of our group homes, as well as put frosting on the windows for four of our group homes. Flavio is always willing to listen to our concerns, and provides us with clarification and suggestions that are quite helpful. Pro-Tech Windows is priced competitively and their service team is respectful to those who they come into contact with. The installation team was clean, polite and accurate. Flavio and his team have also been very generous in donating items to our agency that supports individual who have a dual diagnose and mental health issues. I got Pro-Techs number on homestars.ca. When we contacted him he came over the next day.He knew everything about shutters, and had the best suggestions & price. He was always easy to reach and always returned voicemails. Him and his installation team were very puntual. The over all product and installion were absolutely amazing. We get so many compliments. We will be refering Pro-Tech over and over. Thank you guys. :)

My entire experience with this company was exceptional! After checking out 4 other companies the quote was quick, accurate and far below any other I had received. My wood shutters were custom fitted, stained and installed exactly as I requested them to be. The service was timely and Flavio was professional and friendly. In the end, I am so happy with the products I had installed in my home and everyone who comes over takes one of Flavio’s business cards. I have referred him to my family, friends and co-workers.

I was referred to Flavio from Pro-Tech by a family member and had shopped around for quotes before I called him. I had seen the work that he had done(blinds/curtains) and was impressed with the quality and price. When I decided to give the contract to Pro-Tech, Flavio was on time and his work was finished and installed in the time that he said he would finish it.
