We needed shutters installed on our main floor. Flavio provided a great price and delivered an excellent product with A+ installation (by Serge). Flavio is very customer focused and ensures that the customer is always happy. We are going to use Pro-Tech again for the bedrooms. I would highly recommend Pro-Tech.

Flavio's a guy who takes pride in his business. He's very quick to respond and resolve your concerns. Serge came over to do the install and the place looks 1000 times better. The install only took a few hours. Since I have a new home, the window frames weren't square but Serge worked his magic to make everything fit. As soon as my parents saw my shutters, they ordered some from Flavio as well and couldn't be happier.

We had Pro-Tech install roller shades in our loft and it was an excellent experience. Flavio was great to deal with - prompt, fair and knowledgeable. The installers were precise and were even able to modify one of the blinds on the spot in order to achieve a perfect finish. My husband and I would highly recommend Pro-Tech to anyone who is looking for blinds. Their cost can't be beat!

We had a wonderful experience dealing with Flavio and his team. From the measurements to the installation, services were provided in a timely and friendly fashion. We needed the blinds prior to our tenant moving into the suite - and Flavio was able to order the blinds and have them installed in less than two weeks! Most others were quoting us 4+ weeks. The price was very competitive as well. Would definitely recommend Pro-Tech to family and friends.

Fast, professional installation. Recommended! Blinds installed within a couple of weeks of installation which is much better and faster than the larger department stores. Price was about 30% as well

i called Flavio after reading good reviews on Homestars. He was very pleasant on the phone and came over to measure the windows a couple of days after the phone call. He brought a big selection of colors for us to choose from and we found the exact color of the existing blinds that we had purchased a few years earlier from another supplier. He quoted a great price and said that the blinds would be ready quite quickly. He asked if we were in a rush to get them done...but we were not. In about 3 weeks Flavio called and said the blinds were ready. Because we picked a very popular color, it took a little longer to get than some of the other colors. We set up an appointment in a couple of days after Flavio called. The installer came at the time we agreed on and installed the blinds in less than half an hour. He was professional and polite. The blinds were exactly what we ordered, work perfectly and look great. we are very satisfied with Flavio's blinds. His professionalism is great...prices are great and we would not hesitate to recommend him. thanks Flavio.

I called Flavio after I read all the great reviews about his company on homestars and true to each review, he delivered excellent service and an excellent product. He called me back quickly, set up an appointment to come and quote my windows,and offered an excellent price for quality wood shutters. Both he and his installer (Serg) were a pleasure to work with. They take pride in their work which shows in all aspects of the job from the first meeting to the final installation. Also, when Serg finished installing the shutters, Flavio came to my home and personally inspected each shutter. Both my husband and I were very impressed with this degree of customer service. I hightly recommend Pro Tech Windows to anyone looking to cover their windows. Excellent Company!!!

I called Flavio and my call was returned within 15 minutes. He came over the next day and we decided on some blinds for my home windows. The blinds were ordered and up within the week. (I originally called Costco and they had a six week turn around) Flavio was warm, punctual and professional. I have already recommended him to a friend.

From reading the reviews on HomeStars.com I decided to give Pro-Tech Window Coverings a try and am I ever glad that I did. I phoned Flavio around noon and he dropped by my place later in the evening. How’s that for prompt & professional service! Flavio measured my windows and provided me with an incredibly competitive quote in less than 25 minutes. I decided to place the order on the spot without any hesitation. Flavio gave me a call nine days later to inform me my blinds had come in and to arrange an installation appointment a few days later. Since I had to work, my father came to my place for the installation and he said it was excellent as Flavio’s installer did an impeccable job and worked extremely clean (there were barely any dust particles on the hardwood floor when I got home). In addition to the installation and as discussed with Flavio, the installer also removed two additional old blinds I didn’t need without any extra charge and kindly moved all of the old blinds to our building’s disposal area. After the installation I requested a small adjustment and within 24 hours Flavio came by to make the adjustment. I could not be happier with the service and workmanship; the blinds look beautiful! My experience with Pro-Tech Window Coverings was a pleasure. Flavio is a great guy who really cares about customer satisfaction and is always available. I would highly recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.
