    Re-roof my house.

    Timely, professional, cleaned up the mess and at a good price. Very happy. Courteous staff.

    Roof replacement

    Overall I felt it DRR did a good job. They were competitive in their price and workmanship was good. They over ordered vents and shingles which they had to cut open a few more holes in my garage roof to fit them in, but the work was good. I have quite a few shingles to use and repair with. One issue that did leave my family unrest was fixed eventually - our deck had some old wood which got damaged by the ladders used, but Darcy had that professionally replaced and looking like new. Darcy and Sarah were of professional quality when assuring me the roof and any billing agreements were satisfied ensuring we were well off. The price was competitive and the roof is holding off the winter colds.

    Roof replacement

    It was seamless from receiving the initial quote to the final install. Darcy came and performed a thorough and honest evaluation of our roofs condition. He then presented a very professional and thorough package outlining costs, products, warranty and service details. The crews are regular employees not sub trades or sub contractors and are very professional, focused and thorough. They completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and thoroughly cleaned the area even reinstalling the Christmas lights. The very next day the crew foreman was there to go over the job with me and cover any questions and concerns. It was a very pleasant stress free experience.

    What a relief to find these guys

    After building a new home, the original roofers on my house had installed skylights and most of them were failing and leaking actual water into my home within 3 months of moving in. The previous roofers were completely incompetent at either responding or being skilled enough to fix the problem. I called DRR based on Homestars reviews. Their service center is good at getting you into the queue in decent time, they send an estimate when they say they will, etc. Within 5 minutes of being up on the roof, they were able to tell what was done wrong and that it was very common in Calgary to have shoddy work done on skylight installations. I was a little skeptical they could diagnose and be so sure of themselves so quickly, but gave it a shot. Chase came back the next week to do the repair and spent a good 2-3 hours up on the roof completely re-installing the shingles and seal job around the skylights. He even took over 20 photos for me to deal with my builder, and show me transparently what he had done. The real test was waiting for the next snow or rainstorm. Well, it's now been a year and absolutely no water or droplets or any sign of moisture. Can't tell you how nice is it to have a non-leaking roof over my head. Thank DRR, won't hesitate to recommend them, and thank you for fixing what other tradespeople could not.

    Roof Replacement

    Darcy, the sales rep, was fantastic. Very, friendly, attentive and helpful without being pushy or smarmy. Good communication from Admin staff on project delays (due to weather/crew availability). I love that they only use their own employees - no subcontractors. The roof was completed in timeframe specified and within $100 of quote (we needed a few extra sheets of plywood due to rot they discovered). The only reason I'm not giving them a 10 was that at the end of Day 1, they did not clean up well. There were cigarette butts, material packaging and coffee cups left strewn around my yard. There was also one worker who did a lot of spitting around my property, but I think he was getting over a cold (still, a little gross). They cleaned up very well the following day. The finished product looks beautiful, the warranty certificate came promptly in the mail, and we were very satisfied with the price.

    Replacing roof

    Work was great. Disorganized with scheduling, and cleanup, and the bin. Happy with the roof itself being done in one day. Overall a pretty good job.

    eaves and troughs

    The work was well done but as I am in the medical profession and work shift work, I would not recommend to my co-workers a company that cares so little about my time. They work to their own schedule without regard to the clients needs.

    Eve trough install and facia replacement

    Scheduling was difficult and workmanship was poor. Their top installer was angry when he arrived an angry when he left. The story supplied by the sales person was quite different from the installer

    Eaves replaced

    Work was done in timely manner. Everything was cleaned up and I had opportunity to check final project. Friendly workers. Over all a good experience.

    Roof leak/repair

    Technician arrived at agreed to time and inspected roof for leak. Explained issue and commenced repair. Did not try to convince me that I needed a costly unnecessary repair or replacement.
