We needed a repair around the chimney. We had hired another company previously and later as the snow hit, found the repair was useless. I went up and had a closer look and saw the mess that had been made with silicone. Attempts to have the company return and repair their work were fruitless. Antoine with Done Right came to have a look. After his inspection he showed us pictures of the previous work and how it was ineffective as the problem was with another area. Antoine thoroughly explained what work needed to be done, provided a timeline and a cost estimate. He returned do so the work even sooner than estimated. The customer service, work, price and Antoine were top notch. We will definitely be recommending Done Right Roofing to our friends and coworkers.

Darcy was great to work with in the scoping phase of the project and provided a comprehensive binder with all the necessary information needed to select a contractor (WCB, warranty, policies). The work was completed very efficiently with no delays, hassle or hidden costs! The site was cleaned up appropriately when the work was done. Any future roofing work, I will definitely contact DRR.

Absolutely happy with the work done & Customer Service. They were courteous, kept us informed, kept appointments. They didn't try to up sale anything that didn't need to be done. Best Customer service we have every experience.

What more could you ask for? On top of all this they also that they took care of the little things like cleaning the skylight glass inside and out before installing. We recently contacted Done Right Roofing to arrange for a roof inspection and possible shingle repair.
