If you are looking for the kind of clean that will make your mother-in-law jealous, then you want LUX cleaning service. They do not speed clean your home, they deeply and thoroughly clean your home the way you would want to if you had the time and energy. They use environmentally responsible products that even my greenest friends are happy with- but they put in the extra scrubbing that is needed.

My husband and I let our 1600sq. ft apt. go too long. I was having some health issues and his hours were too long for us to keep the place clean. I found LUX cleaner's on the net (416)999.2847 after reading some pretty awful reviews about other places. LUX had great reviews so I had them come (2 days ago.) They were prompt; 3 young people who brought their own eco friendly products and the owner of the company who checks out the size and approximates the time. I can't praise their work too highly. They worked steadily for 41/2 hours, were cheerful, weren't annoying to have around. They did a fantastic job; every corner and crevice. Bathrooms and kitchen by hand. Dusted all my many shelves and put everything back in place. They were diligent, thorough, and the place is shining. I intend to have them come every two weeks with 2 workers for about 3-4 hours. I cannot highly recommend them enough! You will not go wrong with LUX; they really want to please.

After being in our house for 10 years, it was definitely in need of a deep clean and I was thrilled with the results the Lux team delivered with their spring cleaning service. Their customer service was exceptional, and the team was professional and enthusiastic. I recently took over as the Housing Corporation Board Treasurer at a University of Toronto Sorority House in need of a deep cleaning and some renovations. After considering several companies for this big project, as well as regularly scheduled maintenance cleans, I selected LUX. The deep cleaning was done in two stages. On each stage of the cleaning, LUX sent a completely different 3 person team. Both teams were very professional and thorough and worked hard and efficiently. After they were finished, all the common areas of the home were very clean and healthy. However, I was not completely happy with the final result of what was once a very dirty tile floor that ran the length of the house from the entrance and into the large kitchen and bathroom. They initially hand washed the floor but over 1/2 of the grout was not cleaned to what I thought it should be and I felt it did not match the high quality level of the rest of the cleaning. I contacted LUX about my concern and they offered to come by the next morning to take a look and re-clean if necessary. When I came in the next morning, two people were hand scrubbing the floor again, making sure to detail clean all the grout lines to perfection. After they were finished, I was very happy with the result and impressed at how they did not hesitate to try and make me 100% happy with their service. Also, the company took care of the window cleaning, and recommended a duct cleaning and floor restoration company. I look forward to their team coming in on a regular basis to maintain our refreshed home and would recommend LUX to anybody looking to work with a company that really knows how to clean and take care of their clients. Not only were you very accommodating to my tight time frames for moving in, at all times you and your staff were extremely professional and polite. The carpets were a complete disaster when I first looked at the house and due to the diligence of your carpet cleaner, they looked like new when I moved in. I was extremely pleased with the work and the thoroughness of the cleaning. The house was also extremely clean when I moved in and it completely removed the worry of spending time cleaning when I had so many other things to do.
