We have been really impressed with the services of LUX. They are very professional and thorough. We were also very happy they used green products! I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who loves a clean house!

I was very pleased with the Detail Cleaning job this company did. They were very thorough. I was also please with the regular cleaning although perhaps would give them 4 out of 5 for the regular cleaning. They are expensive compared to other companies I have used,but the resulsts are better. With other companies, I find after four sessions with the regular cleaners, the results start to decline. However, with Lux, they kept up the same standards after four sessions. I would recommend this company to others.

After a very long renovation process, we decided to do one "whole home" cleaning before guests arrived from out of the country. We had used Homestars before for a drain issue and were very happy with the result, so we used the website to find a cleaning company. The company representative was flexible and worked hard to accommodate our last minute requests. The LUX team did a great job with a very large project. They came in with very clean cloths, and used eco friendly products with no strong chemicals or odours. They got into all the small corners, de-dusted, cleaned, polished, scraped, buffed, detailed and created an eco-healthy environment for our family. They even cleaned the windows so everything was sparkling and fresh when they left. They were professional, courteous and hard-working and took pride in a job well done. Their positive, polite attitude was impressive. Everything was checked by the company's representative, after the job was completed and he personally, supervised little touch-ups here and there. Very impressive! Overall, we were extremely pleased and would definitely recommend LUX for post-renovation cleaning or any cleaning that you would need in your home. It was A REAL TREAT for the work to be done for us and we would use them again for another TREAT and RELIABLE CLEANING!

I invited LUX to detail our kitchen, bathrooms, master bedroom, family room and hallways and lightly clean the living room and dining room in our home. The team was friendly and hardworking and went to great lengths to detail clean everything they came across. I was working from home that day and the kids were enjoying one of the last weeks of summer holidays with friends over for a swim. The LUX team worked around us and we felt comfortable having them work away while we enjoyed our home. When they were done, everything was super-clean but did not smell of harsh chemicals as all of their products are natural and environmentally and kid/pet friendly. I would recommend LUX to any of our friends and neighbours who are looking for a high quality cleaning service. As you know, the apartment had to be thoroughly cleaned and "de-catted" for its principal tenant, who was allergic to cats and was moving back in after several years' absence, during which time cat owners (us!) had resided in the apartment. Before I hired LUX Cleaning Services, my condo was extremely dirty and dusty - heck even the windows were hard to see through! I hired the LUX team to detail clean my condo for my new tenants and am pleased to let you know they surpassed my expectations. Wow! Everything sparkled! All the windows and framing were spotless and the steam cleaned carpets were brought back to life. The condo was renewed and fresh without that harsh chemical smell that is often left behind after such a deep cleaning. LUX not only saved me hours and hours of time cleaning, they helped me to properly protect my investment. The new tenants said it was the cleanest place they had ever rented. Also, Al purchased some replacement lightbulbs for me, and even found a hard to locate type of bulb for the kitchen. He then replaced all the bulbs so everything was bright and shiny. I am writing you this letter to let you know what an outstanding job your company LUX did cleaning my house. Beginning with the DEEP CLEAN, which as you promised would touch every aspect of my home. From the crown moldings to the top of the doors to the baseboards, hardwood floors, light switches, shower grout, window blinds, the list goes on and on. Everything not only was clean but it SPARKLED! I was so excited to come home to what felt like a brand new home! A week later, you came back for a routine clean and it SPARKLED once again!
