    Pre Sale Clean of House

    I've used Lux in the past for post-renovation cleans so I knew they would do a great job on our house before putting it on the market to sell. Vera and Candice arrived right on time and did an incredible job making our house literally sparkle. They were a pleasure to have in the house and they went above and beyond my list of what was needed to be done. I am sure their work will help sell our house quickly and I will definitely have Lux come in once we're finished the renovations on our new house. Thank you!

    Deep Cleaning for cat allergies

    I was very impressed with the cleaning service provided by Lux. Having had two cats for 14 years, who just recently passed away, I really needed a deep cleaning to get rid of cat hair and dander which had caused me to develop an adult onset asthma. Al Dreiger was quick to respond, outline a program, and provide a written quote. Service was arranged quickly, Randy did an amazing job of steam cleaning carpets, mattresses and upholstered furniture. Then a 4 person team led by Mena, arrived and spent two days doing a very detailing cleaning of my apartment. They suggested and cleaned areas that I hadn't even considered a problem. My apartment is now in pristine condition, and already my chest symptoms are improved. Kudos to a professional team from Al down to his many exemplary employees. Excellence always does start at the top!!

    LUX Cleaning

    I hired LUX for the first time this week and was hugely impressed by the polite and professional team (led by Mena) and the quality of the work. My condo has never been so clean and sparkling as it is now, and no detail was overlooked. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

    House Cleaning

    Spring Cleaning

    I found LUX on the Toronto Life website and had them come to my home to do a spring cleaning to catch up on a lot of areas I just don't have time to keep up with. They cleaned my kitchen cupboards (inside and outside) and oven and fridge so well they looked like new! Everything else they cleaned was perfect. I was expecting them just to clean visible surfaces, but they even organized inside my bathroom cabinets and shower caddy, washed toothbrush holders, bathroom scale, emptied garbage cans, etc. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They are a bit more expensive than some of the other cleaning services I've used in the past, but it was well worth it as I was always disappointed with other services.

    Weekly Cleaning

    I engaged Lux Cleaning while my regular housekeeper was away. They were amazing! The team always came on time and when we saw them they were very friendly. The cleaning itself was as advertised and amazing. Spots I didn’t even know were dirty were pointed out to me and cleaned on a weekly basis. I would definitely use them again and would have no issues recommending them to anybody.

    Spring Cleaning

    I have used Lux Cleaning a couple times for different services - after a tenant moved out, a post-reno clean, and this time for spring cleaning. Vera and her team did a great job detailing the house. They showed up on time, and did an excellent deep cleaning including windows. The carpets were also steam cleaned, and helped immensely after some puppy accidents.

    Home Cleaning

    I saw a story on LUX cleaning in the best of toronto edition of Toronto Life and was very intrigued! It appealed to me because I have pretty constant allergies and a dog. Lux cleaning specializes in eliminating irritants and thought this could be a good fit for me. Coincidentally I got a gift certificate for Christmas for this service and was so excited to try it out!! When I walked into my condo the floors were literally sparkling! I have never seen the condo look so great. It was like walking into a hotel room. Everything was arranged beautifully and it smelled so clean! I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and family and I will definitely use them again!! What a great company!

    Post Renovation TownHouse Cleaning

    It's been a while since LUX cleaned our renovated income property in January but I have finally found time to post this review. Before the cleaning, we did a lot of research to find the best company for the job as we knew it would be a challenging job. There was dust everywhere and everything was new so we wanted a company that had the tools and properly trained people to handle the work. Also, while we were not going to be living in the property, my wife is very allergic to dust and wanted to be sure all the dust was gone before our renters moved in. In the end, we decided to place our trust in them after reading their reviews. The large team of 8 arrived as a group and immediately got to work. The team manager was a real pro and also cleaned hard herself. While everybody on the team did a great job, there were a few outstanding performers. When the team was finished, all the hard to reach or hard to clean areas had been addressed and the team manager carefully checked all the work. I would recommend LUX to anybody who wants the job done right over and above all other criteria.

    Home Cleaning

    The team that comes to my condo every other week, consists of 2-3 girls - Vera, Ann, and Jill. This is the first time we have used a cleaning service in our home, and we did lots of research and spoke to many companies before deciding to go with Lux. The reason we picked Lux, is partly due to the fact they bring their own cleaning supplies and you don't need to worry about a thing. A custom checklist is created for your specific needs, and the girls are always extra attentive and ask if there is anything specific we would like them to focus on. Overall, highly satisfied, and we continue to look forward to every other friday, when the place looks sparkling.
