    Cleaning Services

    I have never worked with a company that is more professional and reliable. In addition to our weekly cleanings, I have gone through 2 post renovations and move-in cleanups with the LUX team. In both instances the whole process was a breeze from start to finish. Allan Driedger, Managing Director and Lisa Robb, Business Director and the LUX team offer excellent customer service. They always ensure that I am updated on how our weekly cleanings go and if there is something that is out of sorts or they notice something needs attention (even when not requested) they will always let me know and ask how they can help to make our lives easier. As our needs are always changing, the LUX team is always on top of how they can adjust their services to meet our needs. I always feel assured that they will do everything they can to make their clients happy and will go above and beyond the cleaning services we require. No job is to great or too small. I truly enjoy working with a team takes pride in their work and is always aware of their customer’s needs. I would highly recommend LUX to anyone.

    Deep Apartment Clean

    We enlisted Lux Cleaning to do a deep clean of our apartment, which had not been cleaned in years and had a huge amount of dust and dirt throughout. Al was an absolute pleasure to deal with; he was able to come straight away for a consultation, had great follow through, and we were able to book a cleaning session on short notice. The team were on time, very pleasant, and did an amazing job of removing every speck of dust and dirt in the apartment. As well, there was a great attention to detail. Al came towards the end of the day to check on the team's progress, and they all stayed an extra hour and a half to finish the job. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with Lux Cleaning, and will definitely be using them again.

    Household Cleaning

    Lux cleaners filled in a gap when our regular housecleaner was away. Their Two person teams were friendly, efficient, thorough and professional, working around two active kids and a dog. House was cleaned biweekly to our requirements on a rotating schedule. Highly recommended.

    Specialty Cleaning

    I had a heavy job of removing grease from my kitchen cabinets. After another cleaning company attempted to remove the grease with no success, I contacted Lux. They were able to work within my budget. They had estimated a half day of work. However, the job took longer and after a couple of trips the cabinets are as good a new. Allan is wonderful to work with and he absorbed the extra cost due to the extra time required. To ensure the job was completed properly, Alan attended to the job personally. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to call on Lux again.

    Bi-weekly cleaning

    LUX Cleaning provides an excellent service. They are professional, very thorough and Al and Lisa have always accommodated my requests. Everyone is very personable and its a nice touch that Al will come to your home before your first clean to find out a bit more about your house so that a customised plan can be prepared. The standard of cleaning is very high and the cleaning team are always punctual and friendly. My daughter also likes it when the team tidy up her toys and arrange her stuffed animals in a fun way for her to find when we get home. Highly recommended.

    Housekeeping Services

    Our lux cleaning team does a super job cleaning our home every 2 weeks. They are always punctual and follow up to ask for feedback on how they could be better.

    Lux Cleaning

    We have had the privilede of having Lux clean our home a few times now and each time they come I am overjoyed! Though I love an extremely clean home I do not have the time to clean it to my own standards. It feels sooo good to be able to trust that Lux will not only exceed my standards but will do so in a kind, courteous and timely manner, using eco-friendly products. I am so happy we have found you! I would highly recommend Lux to anyone. Thank you for your great efforts!

    Monthly Cleaning

    I have my house cleaned monthly by LUX Cleaning Services. Although perhaps not the cheapest, with LUX you definitely get what you pay for. Since the beginning, my team leader has been Sarah. She is friendly, courteous, intuitive and very professional. I feel very lucky that she comes every month. Last week Marley was with her, and together they did a fantastic job. They are always very kind to my big dog too! I'm very pleased with LUX Cleaning Services and highly recommend them to anyone.

    House Cleaning

    I am very impressed with the services of LUX! They had a team of cleaners come to our home after a six month renovation. The team arrived on-time and were friendly and professional. The attention to detail was incredible! Every corner and cupboard was dusted and every surface polished. Our stainless steel kitchen appliances have never looked so clean and shiny! I love the fact that the products used are non-toxic and fragrance free so they are safe for the whole family. I would definitely recommend LUX!

    General Home Cleaning

    Hello Lisa and Al, I am writing to you to thank you for the excellent work preformed by your crew today on my property. Typically we have hired LUX cleaning to provide post renovation clean-ups at many of our residential projects, and the crews have always been incredibly punctual, professional, and a true joy to deal with. On this occasion I contacted you to provide cleaning services on my own property as I am heading out of town and needed it done quickly. Once again the crew you sent did an incredible job. All the details I provided to you for the workplan were adhered to and the crew went above and beyond to clean up our messy cat's area!
