    Persistent Issues Finally Resolved

    The mysterious anomalies have now all been sorted. Good thing I found Max [right here!]. After trying dozens of DIY fixes to no good end, he completed his investigation, corrected system issues and had all machines up and running in 2 hours. He is now my official go to person for IT support.

    problem with wifi and printer setups

    Could not of sorted out these malfunctions without Max's expertise. He identified issues quickly and resolved them. Thanks!!

    Computer data retrieval and laptop setup

    Sad story many of us have faced. PC crashes after 10+ years of home service. Not worth investing any more money to search and bandage it up to fix all its ails. Time for breaking ties with all the necessary, space robbing hardware of a PC desktop setup and switch to a laptop. Enter Max, who promptly responded to my request for said service. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, took extra time to discuss my situation, and advised me of the best way to move forward. He was flexible with setting up an appointment, and arrived right on time. Plus he was able to retrieve my documents from old hard drive! I am highly recommending him for anyone looking for help sorting out their technology issues. Thanks again Max!

    Wi-Fi in my house was really bad with many areas of the house without good connection

    I had a lot of trouble with my home WiFi. Working so much from home now it Really had to get it fixed and done right. I called Max and he came to the rescue. He was at my house the day after I called him. He reset my main router with my internet service along with 4 pups that he attached to it. Within a couple of hours, I had Wi-Fi everywhere in the house including the farthest corners where there was zero wifi before. Thanks Max for the great work in 'Getting the Job Done' and at a fair cost. Happy to recommend you for these services anytime!!!

    Problems solved!

    I was having trouble with my Office 365 account and login, so I called Max. I also wanted to sort out a nagging problem with two networked printers, and to install strong anti-virus protection on several devices (both PC and Mac). Max came within two days of my contacting him and, in very short order, sorted out and fixed all the issues I was having. He also explained in detail what he was doing and gave me tips about how to avoid future problems. Many thanks for the great service and advice, Max!

    Wifi Improvement

    For quite some time we have had issues with a weak wifi signal even though we pay for strong wifi through our telecommunications provider. Our provider has sent countless people out and we have spent hours on the phone and the problem could never be solved. They kept telling us that everything was ok. I found Max on HomeStars and he has been amazing. We had several conversations on the phone even before he came out and he was so educational, friendly, and patient. Then when he came out, he made sure that he did what he had to in order to resolve this issue that has been going on for years. Again, when he came out, he was friendly, patient, and thorough. We are finally able to enjoy all the devices and tv's that depend on our wifi. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Max!

    computer and printer setup

    Max at System Solutions did a first rate job. Everything went smoothly and everything works as it should. He was informative, pleasant to work with and very clear about what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone who, like me, needs help dealing with the mysteries of this kind of installation. I will certainly use his services again should the need arise. Ken Roy, Mississauga

    Internet Setup - Business

    Max did a great job setting up an extended network in a 4500 square foot space. Very helpful, honest, professional and network is working perfectly. A great guy, highly recommend.

    Hallelujah!

    When I shifted from a fully supported workplace to a new home office network, I knew I would need to find a knowledgeable IT problem solver to help me get started. Max is the man. He spent time with me first on the phone, then online and then in person to resolve a complex set of issues related to setting up two home Wifi networks along with an independent and secure network for my business. I now have a state of the art system working flawlessly and should I need assistance with future issues, I have Max's phone # (the new Helpdesk) beside my computer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    Home Wifi Mesh Network

    Max did a great job of setting up a new wifi mesh network in my home! There were some challenges, and Max knew exactly how to fix them. He was fast and very knowledgeable. Max also helped my son with his new gaming PC which I very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company!
