    Problems solved!

    Wifi speed in our house was erratic and connections were often dropped, due largely to its construction (a side-split addition to an older house, interior brick walls). Max advised us about the best equipment to buy in order to set up a mesh network to replace our old router and range extenders. He spent a couple of hours setting up the system and ensuring its best performance. The difference is amazing: speeds have doubled or tripled, connectivity is strong and solid, and we can now stream without endless buffering. In short, Max worked wonders given the awkward layout of our house and the growth of competing wifi signals in our neighbourhood. We have already set up another visit from Max to help us tweak our peripherals and to install strong antivirus protection. Thanks, Max!

    Hone wifi optimisation

    Max helped me optimise Wi-Fi connectivity throughout my house with the use of a mesh network. He ensured I had all the required equipment before arranging a home visit allowing him to get on with installation promptly. Max has always been available for any further questions pertaining to the installation. He truly cares about providing with a long lasting solution and all at a very fair price for his services. Would highly recommend

    Patient, Knowledgable and Flexible

    I contacted Max about slow and dead wifi throughout the home. Max spent the time to understand the situation and came up with a solution to work with in my existing network without changing too much. After a few additional mesh points and some placement adjustments speeds were significantly increased throughout the home.

    Highly Recommended

    We had very uneven WiFi service in our home since a looong time. Our tennant was complaining and _in these times remote work_ we needed a good connection more than ever. Max was quick, competent, friendly and above all gave us the right advise (in this case NOT to pay much more for again another service provider). Very satisfied.

    Wifi network hardware installation and configuring

    Max was helpful and professional from beginning to end of the project. He explained everything as he went along, offered options and ideas and made sure everything worked perfectly. He also followed up and ensured I was completely satisfied with the work. I strongly recommend!

    fixed wifi and computer setup issues

    My email had been hacked recently and I needed expert help to review and augment my wifi, email and computer security. As well sought advice on how to rectify my router signal issues within my house. Max provided excellent service. Was very confident of his recommendations Definitely will go back to him with any future issues.

    Home Network UPgrade

    Required setup and configuration of new home WiFi router, mesh network and resolution of some printer issues. Max arrived as scheduled and was able to provide all requested service and tuned my network to achieve best possible performance. Not only did Max resolve the problems, but he also explained what he was doing and why. Very happy with the results. Will use Max again in the future and would highly recommend Max for any network requirements.

    Wifi solution

    After suffering from bad wifi signal and internet connection for 7 years(!) I decided to see if there’s a lifesaver online. Through Homestars, I found Max and started to read the comments and found that many of his customers experienced the same issues as us. I decided to give Max a call and I am so glad I did! Max is knowledgeable and confident in his work and I can attest that he’s absolutely “as described”. Max was fast and professional. Advised us on the equipment to buy and then came to assess and install the equipment. Thank you Max!!

    Finally, after five years, we have decent WiFi coverage!

    Internet coverage in our house has always been terrible. We started with Rogers. We had many service calls and discussions with level one and two technicians, but no joy. We switched to Bell. Again, WiFi coverage was awful. Bell technicians came out. The bottom line was that the internet service to the house was as advertised, but it was our problem to distribute it to the various floors. We tried extenders and we tried internet pods with limited no success. We hired an outside consultant, and although they improved things, we still did not have decent coverage in our attic office. This week, I contacted Max at System & Network Solutions. I described our issue to Max. He told me the hardware to buy, sending me links to Amazon. Tonight, he came to our home, and in 2.5 hours, he solved the problem no one else had been able to solve. Max was courteous, professional and punctual. He was a pleasure to work with, and we couldn’t be more pleased.

    Wireless Internet

    Contacted Max after reading reviews and arranged for home consult. Max looked at my existing setup and made a very simple solution to my slow wireless connections. Added a Netgear Orbi Router /Satellite and removed my old access point. My wireless download speeds are as fast as my wired connections. Max didn't try to oversell, he listened to the issues I was having with my Wireless connection/speeds and suggested and implemented a practical solution. I definitely would recommend Max to family and friends. Bruno in Oakville.
