Max came by our home office on a short notice (same day) and solved all our network problems in less than two hours: configured our server, our network printers and the outgoing emails on Outlook. He is the person I will call again when we have IT issues. An honest person with integrity.

System Network Solutions came in and took an old network that was barely working and very unreliable and turned it into a dependable network that can handle the load of a busy establishment and all of its systems. Max drove out to Pickering where I explained the issues with my network. I had issues with low internet speeds in my townhome, and internet was dropping like crazy. Max advised me of the products to buy, and explained it all to me when he arrived. Great man to talk to, very knowledgeable and friendly. He set everything up, did trial tests of the network around the house and now everything is working at optimal speeds. Max needed to set up network to ensure my entire house funnels traffic through a VPN. He was also to check my internet speeds.

Max with System Network Solutions was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of how a network functions properly and was able to quickly highlight and fix our problems. We were having major network stability issues with our entertainment devices such as Sonos, 4K streaming, and gaming. He suggested a mesh network solution and was able to program the router and access points correctly so they could work efficiently to maximize performance. He even suggested how to properly upgrade the Bell Internet package to take advantage of even faster upload / download speeds we'd need. He was kind, skillful and very well spoken when communicating the problems. We learned a lot and would highly recommend using them!

Max was very professional in his approach and discussed all aspects of his on-site visit with me. He took the time to show me how the wireless signal varied as we moved through my basement and main floor. Next he showed me step by step how he reprogram my modem and routers. I contacted multiple network administrators and contractors. They all told me that I had to replace my modems and that their services were going to be 140$ an hour on top of the material costs. Max fixed my complicated WiFi network checked that all my apps where working and set them to static IPs and even connected the wireless printer in less than 3 hrs and rate was lower than most other companies.
