Reply created 29 Dec 2015Our apologies for the mix-up with your booking. Immediately after booking your appointment Krystle realized that it had not saved to our system. Luckily she was able to search through our call log to find your number and track you down. She felt terrible for having to bother you again but she had to ensure that she had all of your information. We did have two units in your building that were being cleaned on that day. The technician must have gotten you confused with the other unit. He may have also thought it wouldn't be a problem since neither you nor the person in the other unit were at home at the time of cleaning as the work was being done from outside. We have tried to reach out to you on many occasions to try to rectify the issue with you but you have not been open to discussing it with us. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we try very hard to keep all of our customers happy. We do service over 5000 homes annually and try to do our best for each customer.
